Poems About Witnessing

We Must WITNESS,
We Must TELL OTHERS OF JESUS

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (KJV)

Bible Does Not Exaggerate, The

The Bible, only the Truth does tell,
It speaks of Heav’n, but also of Hell.
Heav’n is a place, of bliss and glory,
While Hell is a place, of agony.

The Bible clearly states, right from wrong,
It tells us to avoid, Satan’s throng.
The eternal God, wants us to know,
To His Home on High, He wants us to go.

Many Promises to us, God makes,
Such as, “I’ll ne’er leave you, nor forsake.”
All God’s Promises, are ours to claim,
Let us claim them, in Christ Jesus’ Name.

When troubles arise, where do you look?
Have you e’er thought of, God’s Holy Book?
All correct answers, can come your way,
If you are wise, you’ll do it today,

The Bible does not, exaggerate,
On the worth of Jesus, O’ so great.
It speaks of His awesome love, so true,
And what He endured, for me and you.

Have you e’er consider’d, what He has done?
This Man, God’s only begotten Son.
He paid a sin debt, He did not owe,
So we’d not have to go, to Hell below.

Exaggeration, God’s Word does not do,
All its pages, are completely true.
What it states about Christ, you must believe.
Or the glory of Heav’n, you’ll not achieve.

DOWNWARD PATH, THE

Are your feet trav’ling the downward path?
Are you headed for God’s righteous wrath?
That slipp’ry path will lead straight to Hell,
Where for eternity, you shall dwell.

The downward path; the easy way to go,
But it leads only to great sorrow.
Walking that path, gets easier each day,
But following Satan, leads to dismay.

The longer on the downward path you stay,
The harder it will be, to turn away.
The old devil will tempt and entice,
But friend, ‘tis you, who will pay the price.

Would you like to leave that downward path?
Do you want to be rid of God’s wrath?
On the narrow, upward path, set your feet,
And a most awesome Friend, you shall meet!

“I want on the path to Heav’n,” you say,
Trusting Jesus is the only way!
When you open your heart’s door to Him,
He’ll take you from that downward path of sin.

GATES OF HEAVEN OR HELL’S FIRES???

The gates of Heaven, or Hell’s fires,
Which of these two, is your desire?
Most folks have not thought much ‘bout this,
The terror of Hell, or Heaven’s bliss!

Most go thru’ life, not thinking of God,
Just their ev’ry day life, as they trod.
Just the comfort of each new day,
Is in their thoughts, as they go their way!

This Earth is not our perm’nent home,
We’re just pilgrims, as we do roam.
We’re given this time, to decide,
Where for eternity we will abide!

God does live, in Heaven above,
Where there’s peace and joy, and great love!
Those gates of Heaven, have just one Key,
Christ Jesus, is His identity!

Without our Lord, there’s just Hell’s fires,
On your own, that’s what you’ll acquire!
Only Christ Jesus has the power,
To deliver, at the right hour!

GO YE THEREFORE

He said: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,"
To most of the world, this is irritation!
“The Gospel shall be preached in all the world,”
This Christ did say; then the end shall be unfurl’d.

We’re God’s only vessels for spreading His Word,
If you’re a Christian, you must tell of our Lord!
We are not to fear any mortals that come,
Christ said: “I will give you a mouth and wisdom.

Not only should we speak boldly for His sake,
But study His Word, so we don’t make mistakes.
Our life should agree with the Word of the Lord,
Standing firm on the ‘Rock’, and in one accord.

Our Gospel comes in Word, but also with might,
Partake of this power, in bringing the ‘Light’.
Repentance and forgiveness; spread it abroad,
Jesus died and rose again; is the Son of God!

Satan has blinded many minds today,
Their hearts are so hard; for these we must pray.
Our Gospel is hid to all them that are lost,
Don’t give up trying; no matter the cost!

We surely don’t know whom our God did choose,
So we dare not risk it, for then they would lose.
That’s why we must witness to one and to all,
Lest we miss one of His chosen, and they should fall.

GO YE THEREFORE

You told me to go Lord, so I went,
By Your Holy Word, I was sent!
I love You Jesus, that’s why I obey,
I must reach out to lost souls today.

Frustration sets in; the devil’s work,
But Your clear command, I must not shirk!
“Go ye therefore” You have said to me,
So I will go and serve, willingly!

Many obstacles I find on my road,
Satan adds many weights to my load!
But Lord, I will follow where You lead,
“Go ye therefore” I know I must heed!

Where You go dear Lord, I will follow,
For if I don’t, I would have great sorrow.
“Go ye therefore” You so plainly tell,
Tell the Good News that saves folks from Hell!

“Go ye therefore” is Your firm command,
I must obey, if with You I stand!
I must not sit back, I must not rest,
I must obey, and give You my best.

HOLY SPIRIT’S JOB, THE

God’s Spirit shall not always strive with man,
But today it seems God’s forgotten this plan.
But I’m here to tell you, God’s in control,
Of all the world, including your soul!

God grew impatient back in Noah’s day,
With mankind’s unending wicked display.
God set a time limit; hoping they’d change,
They would not listen, from God were estranged.

Noah and his family, secure in the ark,
Were the only ones safe; for God they did hark.
God’s Spirit did strive with the lost back then,
But they rejected Him, o’er and o’er again!

The day finally came, that God shut the door,
His patience had ended; He could take no more.
Ev’ry soul was destroyed, the world wide,
All except those in the ark; all safe inside!

God will never condemn to Hell, any soul,
Until His Spirit has fulfilled His roll.
Striving, convicting, wooing each single one,
Trying gently, but firmly, that heart to be won!

God’s patience will one day run out for you,
His Spirit will leave; His rejection through!
As long as you feel that tugging at your heart,
It’s not too late for you, from sin to depart!

Noah’s ark of old, represents Jesus today,
Are you like the many, God destroyed that day?
You can be like Noah; all secure inside,
Just believe God; and let Christ be your guide!

I MUST SERVE HIM

As a deer pants after cool water clear,
So I pant for God, wanting Him near.
My soul thirsteth for the Living God,
No matter what I do, or where I trod.

Oft’ times I weep, enduring ridicule,
E’vn loved ones, to the fire, add fuel.
My need for God, most can’t understand,
I want to be close to Him, take His Hand.

My soul longs for God, at night or day,
Like dry thirsty land, with rain far away.
For wisdom, my heart to God does cry,
His precious Word, I don’t want to deny.

At my Saviour’s feet I need to be,
Like the sister of Martha; ‘Mary’.
I must feel His love and hear His Word,
I must show to Him, He is adored.

My Lord did promise I’ll never thirst,
But I must love Him. and put Him FIRST!
If I hunger after righteousness,
He promised to fill, and to bless.

I MUST love God the way that I do,
Learning, and serving, and always true.
Straight from my heart, I must do God’s will,
This, my God, in my soul did instill.

IN THE LINE OF DUTY

In the line of duty, it’s a fact,
Like our precious Jesus, we must act.
Doing only things that He would do,
A hard life we must live, this is true.

Love, compassion, generosity,
These things are in the line of duty.
When someone hurts us, we must forgive,
Then God will forgive us, as we live.

In the line of duty, we must bless,
Those who would curse us, or do oppress.
Be honest in the sight of all men,
Living peaceably, as God’s children.

Rejoice with all them that do have joy,
Never envy, nor their bliss destroy.
Be of the same mind toward others,
A meek, loving mind, to your brothers.

Patient in trials, rejoice in hope,
Continue in prayer, as you cope.
Quench not the Spirit, thank Him always,
In the line of duty, all our days.

In the line of duty, we must tell,
Of our wondrous Saviour; never quell!
We’re soldiers of Christ, we must do right,
Take a stand for Him; fight a good fight.

JOB HE’S GIVEN ME, THE

God has given me a job to do,
All lost souls about, I must pursue.
Good News of Jesus I am to bring,
That they might have life, everlasting.

Lord, I cannot do this job alone,
Please light my path so the way is shown.
I’m just a ‘branch’; Lord, You are the ‘Vine,’
I ask that your power might be mine.

Knowledge, understanding and wisdom,
These blessings, from you, I pray will come.
And words, precious words, please give to me,
That some may find life, eternally.

Let your Spirit guide me, and let Him teach,
That the lost I encounter, I might reach,
Your words, precious words, to me please give,
That the lost ones find the Saviour and live.

KINGDOM OF GOD, THE

“Seek ye first the Kingdom of God,” are His words,
We need God’s righteousness, to be in accord.
Christ is the Ruler, in the Kingdom of God,
We must make Him ‘Master’; not some evil fraud.

The Kingdom of God must be firm in our hearts,
And Christ must be ‘King’, or from us He’ll depart.
His great Kingdom will last for eternity,
Trust and obey Him, and Heav’n is your decree.

Christ sits on the throne, in the Kingdom of God,
The Son of the Highest; and no one shall prod.
He’ll reign forever, His Kingdom has no end,
He is our Saviour; and wants to be your ‘Friend’.

Seek the Lord and His strength, and Face evermore,
If you want to see God, and live on Heav’n’s shore.
Call on Him, seek Him while He may yet be found,
Those who don’t, in Hell’s prison, they will be bound.

“Ask, it shall be given, seek, and ye shall find,”
Christ tells us this, so we won’t be left behind.
“Knock, and it shall be opened unto you,”
God can’t lie; this is precious little to do.

If we’d seek His Kingdom first, as Christ does stress,
He’d give us food and water, and clothes to dress.
He knows what we need, each day to get thru’,
“O’ ye of little faith” --- is He speaking to you?

LOST SOULS

The pain in my soul, is agony,
When lost souls around, the Truth can’t see.
Deaf ears and blind eyes, and stubbornness,
The Laws of God, they love to transgress.

When I see the hardness, in lost souls,
It’s so clear, that Satan has control.
Their utter unbelief makes my soul cry,
For Jesus, they reject and deny.

My heart is sad, as I look around
For the Saviour, lost ones have not found.
Christ has given us all, a command,
“Go ye therefore,” into all the land.

If we know Jesus, we must obey,
We must tell of Jesus, ev’ry day.
Lost souls are there, where ever we go,
When we tell of Christ, true love we show.

If we love Jesus, of Him we’ll tell,
For we want no one to go to Hell.
Each of us will answer to the Lord,
We’ll be held accountable, by The Word.

When you stand before, Jesus one day,
Will you stand tall, because you obey’d?
Will you receive rewards meant for you?
Or will you be ashamed, that you were not true?

Lost souls should to us be a concern,
“Go ye therefore” Christ wants us to learn.
ALL believers must always obey,
We all must reach out to lost souls today.

OUR SOJOURN HERE

While we sojourn on Earth, as God’s child,
We must do as Christ, walk meek and mild.
Can you do as Christ, and imitate Him?
This we should do, but I fall short, and sin!

I fall short each day, in the life I live,
Those around me, wrongs I do, they sieve.
Seldom do they mention the good I do,
But the slightest slip, and they misconstrue.

If you confess Christ, the world will watch you,
The closer you walk, more judging they’ll do!
Sadness comes when the persecute and revile,
I’m glad I’m just here, for a little while.

Ev’n those you love, may cut you to the bone,
We’re set apart, and at times I feel so alone!
Without His help, I could not take it,
But He’s by my side, and I will not quit!

These times I feel, down as I can be,
Am I feeling sorry, for the likes of me?
At times life is hard, we can’t go alone,
But with His strength, we’re not on our own.

Don’t ever doubt Him, have faith He’s there,
He’ll not leave nor forsake, for He does care!
When those all around, so disappoint you,
Remember our Saviour, He’s always true!

PRESENCE OF CHRIST, THE

In the quiet beauty of the night,
His Presence seems like a brilliant Light.
His purpose for me is clearly shown,
To the lost souls, make His Gospel known.

In the bustling confusion of the day,
His near Presence is with me always.
He plainly shows what He wants of me,
Try to change a lost soul’s destiny.

His near Presence, is encouraging,
All the day long, my heart wants to sing.
His purpose for me, He shows so clear,
Boldly bring His Gospel, with no fear.

His majestic Presence makes me glow,
‘Tis a privilege, my Saviour to know.
“Go ye therefore,” He clearly demands,
His desire: that I obey His command.

Tho’ persecution abound, far and near,
I must serve my Master, with no fear.
Man can hurt my body, but ne’er my soul,
For my Saviour, is always in control.

A far better thing, to be with my Lord,
Service to Him will bring great rewards.
His awesome Presence now, comfort brings,
As He rains on me, abundant blessings.

ROAD TO HELL, THE

Traveling is easy on the road to Hell,
Satan surely sees to that, wants you there to dwell.
There are many good intentions, seen too late,
That cannot keep you from Hell’s awful gate.

Hell does not scare men away from their sin,
But ev’n knowing this, we must try, souls to win!
‘Tis a dreadful place; chains, darkness, fire, pain,
With no escape; no light, ever again!

Wide is the gate, broad is the way to Hell,
We must try to warn folk, and of Christ, tell!
We must teach ‘bout Hell, with tears in our eyes,
Tell of our Saviour, and Heav’n in the skies.

SERVING MY LORD

‘Tis an honor to serve my risen Lord,
And to walk with Him in sweet accord.
At times I displease Him, this I know,
But He forgives, and His love bestows.

‘Tis a privilege that He calls me “friend”,
But I must trust and obey to the end.
The love He shows, I cannot explain,
If you know Jesus, you’ve much to gain.

‘Tis a great advantage to be God’s own,
Love, mercy, forgiveness; greatly shown!
Then one day, I shall be His heir,
And all that He has, with Christ, I’ll share!

I’m so grateful He chose lowly me,
And from all my sins did set me free.
I thank Him daily for faith He gave,
And thru’ that faith, Christ my soul did save!

Serving my Saviour, gives me great joy,
Joy that no one can ever destroy.
Service to God; is the least I can do,
I can ne’er repay, salvation true!

‘Tis a wondrous blessing to serve Him,
May my love and willingness ne’er grow dim.
How I do love and praise God always,
I’ll continue to thank Him all my days!

SOLDIERS OF THE CROSS

After Christ’s ascension to Heaven,
To the disciples, a job was giv’n.
They had great responsibility,
Spreading the Gospel, was their decree.

Soldiers of the Cross, so bold and true,
They obey’d our King, what e’er did ensue.
Loving, patient, they did persevere,
For they knew our Lord was always near.

ALL God’s children do humbly succeed,
These brave soldiers, in sowing the seed.
This job is not just for those who preach,
It’s for ALL Christians, the lost to reach.

Soldiers of the Cross, this is our chore,
To represent Jesus, on ev’ry shore.
An awesome privilege, on us to fall,
We must please our King, try to reach all.

If you know Christ, Him, you must obey,
Tell others of Jesus, ev’ry day.
Represent Him, by spreading His Word,
You’re a soldier of the Cross, for our Lord.

SPREAD THE MIGHTY WORD

Are you a child in the fam’ly of God?
Then you have a duty, where e’er you trod!
Spread the mighty Word, where ever you go,
Maybe some lone soul, Jesus does not know.

It’s our duty, to spread the mighty Word,
There just may be one, who has never heard.
As we go rushing ‘bout our busy day,
If a chance comes, tell of Christ, and His way!

What a duty, to spread the mighty Word,
We need to be in harmony and accord.
“Go ye and teach all nations,” Christ did say,
We’re not blameless, when we go other ways.

We must obey Christ’s call, now and e’er more,
Tell folks of Him, and what He has in store.
Jesus loves one and all; He tells us so,
Turn to Him in faith, you’ll ne’er go below.

Spread the mighty Word, each and ev’ry day,
Tell of His love, on that Cross He display’d!
He took our place, on that Cross, willingly,
So we’d be God’s friends, and from our sins free.

Did you e’er listen to the Mighty Word?
Christ died, and rose again; to bring you to God.
These Words have pow’r, and can save you from Hell,
Then with our great God, in Heav’n you shall dwell.

TELL OF HELL

Most cults today deny Hell does exist,
Can’t they see? why do they God’s Word resist?
Avoiding the subject, won’t make them right,
God’s judgment will be the tale of their plight.

Anyone who’s called to bring God’s Word,
Must bring it all, and not any discard.
If we teach ‘bout Heaven, we must teach Hell,
For God does not want any, there to dwell!

We must issue clear warning, or we sin,
We must try very hard, lost souls to win!
Hell needs to be uncovered by God’s man,
Then maybe, from Hell, some will be banned!

Tell of our Jesus, and what He has done,
Do your utmost best, for souls to be won.
Tell of Heav’n’s beauty, and Hell’s agony,
And that only Christ, can set lost souls free.

THANK YOU, LORD . . . November 2009 Monthly Message

Thank You dear Lord, because You are You,
Our amazing God, wondrously true.
For all You do, thank You precious Lord,
Help me to walk with You in accord.

Thank You Lord, blessings You bestow,
You are there, when I cry in sorrow.
All the times I stumble, You are there,
And You lift me up, because You care.

Thank You Lord, for You answer my call,
No matter what trouble may befall.
You are there in the blink of an eye,
When I call to You, You ne’er deny.

Thank You Lord, for inexpressible love,
This care and concern comes just from above.
Compassion from You, like a river flows,
‘Tis a privilege that my Saviour I know.

Thank You Lord, for Your abundant grace,
I’m grateful that this blessing I taste.
You never give more that I can bear,
For all my burdens, You gladly share.

Thank You Lord, for You forgive my sins,
But just with You, can this battle I win.
Satan tries hard, to take me away,
From Your loving arms, each single day.

Thank You for my “mansion” You prepar’d,
Where I’ll spend eternity in Your care.
Thank You Lord, because You are You,
And from Hell’s misery, You did rescue.

Things God Cannot Do

Consider, are there things God cannot do?
There are many; don’t doubt it, this fact is true.
God cannot lie, all words He speaks stand firm,
And of eternal life, this He does affirm.

God cannot sin, He is eternally pure,
Of this fact, we can be forever sure.
Sin or evil, He cannot tolerate,
You must accept Christ, to see Heav’n’s gate.

God cannot reject, someone who believes,
He will accept them, when Christ they receive.
God cannot, in our life, take second place,
He must be number One, if we want His grace.

Your way to Heav’n, God cannot accept,
You must use His Plan, His Son, so perfect.
On Christ’s precious Blood, God cannot turn His back,
Without Christ Jesus, God’s friendship you lack.

God cannot change the past, but there’s no need,
For His all-knowing wisdom, does exceed.
Our forgiv’n sins, God cannot remember,
We need not doubt, we need not cower.

All the things our awesome God cannot do,
Are marvelous blessings, for me and you.
Our God is gracious, and full of mercy,
Loving His children, for eternity.

THINGS JESUS DID NOT DO

Many ponder on things Jesus did do,
Wonderful! for He was love, thru’ and thru.
But many and great are the countless things,
Things He did not do, that to us blessings bring.

As He hung on the cross, many things He could have done,
For He had vast pow’r, He was God’s own Son!
But Jesus did not, His own will demand,
Instead committed His all, to His father’s Hand!

He did not defend Himself, when He was accused,
But kept His silence, as He was abused.
When He was reviled, He reviled not again,
It was as tho’ His heart smiled, thru’ all the pain.

He could have called down, angels to rescue,
But He thought only, of me and of you.
He bought our pardon, on Calvary’s cross,
As His life’s Blood flow’d, He did not count it loss.

He did not save Himself, but gave His life so free,
As a sweet smelling Sacrifice, for you and me.
He did not come down, but on the cross did stay,
He paid our penalty, God accepted His way.

Jesus gave His life, out of love so great,
He did not stop loving, never did hesitate.
He so loved all sinners, in this world so wide,
The Lamb of God went to the cross, and there He died.

Jesus could have done things much differently,
Angels could have removed, His agony.
Have you accepted what Jesus did for you?
Only by believing, can you have life anew.

Think About

Think about Christ Jesus, crucified,
‘Bout the “few” who Him, have not denied.
Think about God’s love, for you and me,
And ‘bout where you’ll spend eternity.

Think ‘bout the many, on Hell’s broad path,
Their unbelief brings God’s holy wrath.
So few, about eternity think.
That’s why so many, stand on Hell’s brink.

Think about life’s many diff’rent paths,
Then think about our God’s holy wrath.
Millions never think of Judgment Day,
They just keep trav’ling, down the wrong way.

Think about all the world’s wickedness,
Then think about God’s love and goodness.
There are just two roads in life today,
One leads to Heav’n, the other Hell’s way.

Think ‘bout where you’ll spend eternity,
Think ‘bout Hell’s eternal agony.
Then think ‘bout Heav’n’s eternal bliss,
What could ever be better than this?

God allows us freedom to decide,
It is our choice where we will reside.
But when our life on this Earth is thru,
There will be no more choices for you.

Think about these words that I have said,
My friend, Hell will be eternal dread.
This life on Earth is where we decide,
The eternal place where we’ll reside.

THOUSAND YEARS, THE

The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, side by side,
The leopard and kid, together shall reside.
The calf and young lion together shall eat,
A little child shall lead them down the street.

The cow and the bear’s young ones shall lie together,
Lions shall eat straw like the ox, in the pasture.
The toddler shall play on the hole of the asp,
In a snake’s den a child his hand can cast.

The Earth shall be full of knowledge of the Lord,
As Almighty God is simply adored.
To the root of Jesse, Gentiles shall seek,
And glorious shall His rest be, to the meek.

People will live in the houses they build,
Eating fruit of their vineyards till they are fill’d.
Ev’ry man shall sit under his own fig tree,
Laziness will be gone, for eternity.

Judging the Earth, our Lord of purity,
He will judge all people with equity.
With righteousness, He shall judge ev’ry one,
Lord of lords, King of kings, God’s only Son.

Nations shall beat their swords into plowshares,
There will not be any wars, any where.
Satan will in the bottomless pit be bound,
That he should not deceive people nor confound.

This Amazing Place

I look to the day, when Christ shall return,
Of this great event, I truly do yearn.
Then the way things are in Heav’n, in Earth shall be,
For Christ’s just reign, will last eternally!

None again on Christ, shall dishonor bring,
Just praises of thankfulness, they will sing!
No more vile jokes, and no more blasphemy,
Just honoring Jesus, for eternity!

There shall in no wise, ever enter in,
For in this majestic Kingdom, there’s no sin!
No more abominations, no more lies,
And no more people, who Jesus denies!

No more death, sorrow, crying, no more pain,
Just care giv’n to us by God, such great gain!
The Lord Himself, shall with His people dwell,
None that trust Jesus, shall end up in Hell!

He that sits on the throne, shall make new all things,
To all in this Place, grand blessings He brings!
Freely, the water of life, God does give,
And blessing us each new day, as we live!

This Place will one day, from Heaven descend,
Having the glory of God, that never ends!
Her light is like, unto a precious stone,
No other place like this, has ever been known!

This Place has a great wall, and has twelve gates,
Each gate is a huge pearl, the Bible states!
The street of this grand Place, is pure gold,
Transparent as glass, a sight to withhold!

They shall never close, these gates of beauty,
When I enter in, it’s for eternity!
For there my inheritance, waits in reserve,
A treasure from Christ, that I do not deserve!

Rev.21; 1Pet. 1:4  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

TIME IS NEAR, THE

Jesus, your time to come is so near,
I gaze at the clouds, without a fear.
Soon, in the clouds, with a great shout, you’ll come,
To take those ‘in Christ’ to their new Home!

Deceivers are many, in the world today,
Saying they are Christ; leading astray!
Wars and rumors of wars, all about,
Christ said it would happen; so don’t doubt!

Famines, disease, earthquakes, near and far,
Sorrows from all these, and hateful war.
Many false prophets shall deceive folk,
Sin will abound; and true love seem a joke.

Only of their own selves, shall men love,
Greedy, proud, boasters; they push and shove!
Disobedient to parents, unthankful,
Unholy, blasphemers, unmerciful.

Natural affection, is no more,
Liars, fierce, high minded; bad to the core!
Loving pleasure, more than they love God,
Showing ‘godliness’, but complete frauds.

All these He has told, must come to be,
Then Christ can claim His ‘bride’, in victory!
Be ready, for we know not the hour,
Christ will come in the clouds, in great power.

TOMORROW MAY NEVER COME

Tomorrow for you, may never come,
Why far from Jesus, do you roam?
Please don’t wait to accept God’s one Plan,

He has the power, let Him take control!
On Heaven’s Book, He can place your name,
And He can take away all your shame.

Tomorrow may never come for you,
Now is the time; let Jesus rescue!
Without our Saviour, Hell is your end,
Jesus can save you, and be your friend.

Don’t wait ‘til tomorrow to trust Him,
Do it now, He can remove your sin!
You’re God’s enemy, without His Son,
Trust Christ now, and God’s blessings you’ve won!

Today is sure, tomorrow is not,

Just He can keep you from Hell’s judgment,

TRANSITION TIME

Life on Earth is a time of transition,
We must take this into consideration’
This time is given for us to decide,
Where, in eternity, we will abide.

This is a topic most tend to neglect,
And only on today, do they reflect.
I ask that you consider, seriously,
Just where will you live for eternity?

Belief in Jesus, will place you in Heav’n,
Reject Him, my friend, and Hell will be giv’n.
Believe on Jesus; God will not condemn,
Instead, you will be, one of God’s children.

Transition from Earth, to another place,
I ask you this day, will you see His Face?
He’s not willing that any should perish,
But, His Son, you must accept, and cherish!

Your soul lives forever; the Bible tells,
In Heaven, or Hell; which place will you dwell?
Heaven is where our wondrous God abides,
Hell is where Satan’s children reside.

Transition time: have you thought about it?
Where will God send your immortal spirit?
For those who believe, blissful Heav’n awaits,
But those who reject Christ will be shown Hell’s gate.

TREADMILL

Some things in life have a treadmill effect,
And life without God is a dismal prospect.
Generations come, and generations go,
Each one will have their trials and sorrow.

The sun rises and sets, day after day,
Year after year, it happens the same way.
The wind blows and swirls repeatedly,
Following its course continuously.

Rivers flow to the sea; but they do not fill,
Yet year after year they keep flowing still.
People live out their lives, and then they die,
And most of them on Christ, do not rely.

People without God, are truly without hope,
As in this life, on their own they grope.
What a gloomy prospect that does await,
As they speed hopelessly, to Hell’s broad gate.

Those who trust Christ, are on a journey to Heav’n,
For eternal life, by God, to them was giv’n.
Are you on a treadmill, going no where?
Or are you on a journey, with Christ who cares?

TRUE WORSHIP

Worship must come from deep down inside,
Where the Holy Spirit, does abide.
Sincere, earnest, from the heart and soul,
Spirit and truth, takes complete control.

Father, I’m a sinner, you must begin,
You truly must mourn, for all your sin.
You must repent, go the other way,
Beware, don’t return the v’ry next day.

In spirit and truth, we must worship,
It must come from within, not just our lip.
Sacraments, vain pray’r, He’ll not accept,
Outward worship, He’ll always reject.

We must humble ourselves, in God’s sight,
Our inner man, must want to do right.
If you’re God’s child, it must mean much to you,
Be grateful to Him, in all that you do.

God does not want, rituals and ceremonies,
Nor million dollar buildings, or finery.
Worship of statues must not take place,
If we want to see our Lord Jesus’ Face.

God is Spirit, we must not bow to something seen,
His awesome, unseen Presence we must esteem.
We must tremble before His majesty,
If we want to be with God, eternally.

TWO GROUPS OF PEOPLE

There are two groups of people today,
Just as always, from time far away.
There are those who love and fear the Lord,
And those who run from God, and Him discard.

“The children of God are manifest,”
Trusting Him always, and finding rest.
The children of Satan, too, are clear,
Those who hate; and want God no where near.

God’s children seek to do good and right,
Striving to do God’s will, day or night.
Satan’s children seek wrong, and darkness,
Loving all evil and wickedness.

A child of God has love for others,
Compassion and mercy for another.
A child of Satan loves only self,
Could care less if someone could use help.

“If the righteous scarcely be saved,”
These Words on our hearts should be engraved.
Where shall the ungodly sinner appear?
Why can’t they see, our God they should fear?

Satan’s children are God’s enemies,
They should consider eternity!
God’s children are granted life in Heav’n,
But to Satan’s children; Hell is giv’n.

You MUST believe God; all that He says,
Or you’ll be sorry, one of these days.
God made JUST ONE PLAN to save your soul,
Accept His Son; He gave Christ control!

TWO MASTERS

Two masters are in the world today,
And each person, just one can obey.
You have a choice; and no one will shove,
Do you want Hell? or Heaven above?

One ‘Master’ is Christ, the Son of God,
The other is Satan; a complete fraud!
Jesus will save you, and make you free,
With Satan, it’s Hell, for eternity!

Christ is the ‘Master’ of God’s children,
Loving, pure and just; always has been.
Satan will blind your heart and your eyes,
Tempting, lying, and Christ he defies!

Following Satan will put you in Hell,
Made for the devil; and with him you’ll dwell.
If you follow Christ, you’ll live with Him,
In wondrous Heav’n, where it’s never dim.

Which of these ‘Masters’ is yours this day?
One or the other; it’s the only way!
I pray you choose the Lord of Creation,
Just He can give eternal salvation!

TWO ROADS TO ETERNITY

There are two roads to eternity,
We are free to choose --- both you and me!
We’re given this time in life, to decide,
Just where in eternity, we will abide!

Wide is the gate, and broad is the way,
Trav’ling is easy, both night and day.!
This road to Hell is smooth and carefree,
But, it leads to eternal agony!

All who reject Christ, travel this path,
Their willful unbelief, kindles God’s wrath.
To the Lake of Fire, all these shall go,
For the broad road leads to Hell below!

There is another road we can choose,
With this decision, we cannot lose!
Strait is the gate, and narrow this way,
And this road leads to Heav’n’s array!

This narrow road at times, gets rough and steep,
But everlasting Arms, will hold and keep!
His amazing love will always guide,
Soothing our trails, as onward we stride!

As we on this narrow road do stay,
Things seem to go better ev’ry day!
He’ll ne’er give us more, than we can bear,
And in troubling times, He’s always there!

The broad OR narrow road; God lets you choose,
The narrow road, you win; the broad, you lose!
You’re at the junction, you must decide,
Where in eternity, you will abide!

Vast Realm of Eternity, The. . . June 2009 & Jan.2011 Message

Consider the life that is to be,
In the vast realm of eternity.
Do you think, of what the future holds?
Will you e’er walk, on that street of gold?

The river - - - clear and pure, did you know?
The water of life, from God’s Throne flows.
In the midst of the street, on each side,
Is the tree of life, that God provides.

No more curse, shall e’er again be found,
Just blessings from the Lord, will abound.
We shall at last see, His precious Face,
And first hand feel, His amazing grace.

There shall never be, any more night,
Just the brilliance, of our Saviour’s Light.
No sun or moon, will this City need,
Glory from God and the Lamb, shall proceed.

No more death, sorrow, crying or pain,
From all these things, we shall abstain.
Nothing that defiles, shall enter in,
Gone will be wickedness and sin.

Consider now, the other life to be,
In the vast realm of eternity.
Most will go in, thru’ Hell’s one lone gate,
The Lake of Fire, is the sinner’s fate.

No exit doors, just smoke and darkness,
Here, God’s Glory is gone; He won’t bless.
God’s wondrous Presence, you won’t e’er see,
You’ll be bann’d for e’er, from His mercy.

Agonizing screams, will never cease,
Christ is not there, so you’ll have no peace.
All the wonder of Heav’n, you’ll never see,
Just non-stop suff’ring, eternally.

Only two roads, to eternity,
One leads to bliss, the other - - - agony.
Your future in your own hands, you hold,
Eternal suff’ring - - - or the street of gold.

VERILY, VERILY

“Verily, verily, I say unto thee,”
Jesus says this oft, to you and to me.
And whene’er He uses these special words,
I advise you to listen; He wants to be heard!

Nicodemus came to Jesus in the night,
To discuss God’s Kingdom; that was the plight.
Jesus simply said to him, e’er so plain,
“Verily, verily, you must be born again.”

The Jews tried to trap Him, what e’er He’d do,
He did great wonders; they did misconstrue.
“Verily, verily,” He said to them in strife,
“You must believe God sent me to have eternal life.”

Jesus tells we can’t live by bread alone,
We must accept His work, our sins to atone.
Verily, verily, He’s the One God has giv’n,
The ‘True Bread’ the Father has sent from Heav’n.

“Verily, verily, I say unto you,”
I pray you listen, for His words are true.
“He that believes on me, has eternal life,”
What little to ask, and we’re rid of strife.

He offers eternal life; o’er and o’er again,
A ‘gift’ of God, thru’ Christ, He tells so plain!
“Verily, verily,” He’s saying to you,
Open your heart; let Him in; so easy to do!

He helps take doubt and worry away,
He is my Sunshine, day after day.

Vict’ry is mine, Christ is on my side,
He’s given me His Spirit, to abide.
An awesome blessing, is the Spirit’s pow’r,
He guides and strengthens, hour after hour.

Vict’ry is mine, I need have no fear,
Christ’s loving Presence is always near.
He comforts and encourages me,
He truly sets my troubl’d soul free.

Vict’ry is mine, sin no longer binds,
Great joy and peace, each new day I find.
God the Father does certainly bless,
When I repent, I receive forgiveness.

Thank You Jesus, You’ve made vict’ry mine,
How Your great Light in my life does shine.
Just You can help me, be pleasing to You,
Faithfully guiding in all that I do.

VICT’RY IS MINE!

Thank You Jesus, for vict’ry is mine,
Let Your great Light, in my life shine!
Just You can help me walk pleasing to You,
Faithfully guiding, in all that I do!

Vict’ry is mine, for Heaven awaits,
You promised, You would open those gates.
You have reserved a “mansion” for me,
I praise You Jesus, for my vict’ry.

Vict’ry is mine, sin’s burden has fled,
Too the guilt I carried, with much dread.
Satan’s pow’r o’er me came to and end,
When I accepted my Saviour and Friend!

Vict’ry is mine, I have joy and peace,
Worry and distress, You caused to cease.
Doubt is gone, now I simply believe,
Since Jesus into my heart I received.

Vict’ry is mine, but content I can’t be,
I must tell how You, can give vict’ry.
My faith is worthless if I don’t obey,
“Go ye therefore,” I must tell and portray.

WALKING CLOSE ENOUGH . . . Are You?

Are you walking close enough to Him?
Satan’s just waiting to step right in.
As you walk, do you carry a load?
He’ll help you bear your burden on the road.

As you are walking, don’t fall behind,
The closer to God; the more peace of mind!
In your walk with Him, don’t leave a gap,
Or Satan steps in; he ne’er does nap!

Walk as close to God as you can walk,
Or you may not hear when God does talk.
If you’re too far away, Him to hear,
You may hear Satan, for he is near.

Do you walk today, in fellowship?
God wants you near, let me give you this tip.
Satan does lurk in the shadows drear,
Walk as close as you can; to God draw near.

Satan will look for every chance,
And try with evil, you to enhance.
That’s why it’s so important to you,
To walk close to God: He’s always true!

Watchmen On The Wall

Watchmen on the wall, is what we must be,
Exposing false teachers, and heresies.
When danger lurks, the trumpet we must blow,
We must strive to keep souls, from Hell below.

We must in obedience, serve the Lord,
We must get wisdom, from His Holy Word.
We must serve our Master, willingly,
As we look forward, to eternity.

So many vile, false teachers, do abound,
These evil wolves can’t keep you, safe and sound.
Falsely they teach, damnable heresies,
That will only lead, to Hell’s agonies.

‘Tis abominable, what these wolves spout,
These wolves are leading souls, down the wrong route.
Where are the watchmen?? There’s desperate need!
For these hungry wolves, on trusting souls feed.

There are FAR too few, watchmen on the wall,
Not exposing danger, no trumpet calls!
Watchmen are needed, it’s a necessity,
To e’er realize, Heav’n’s prosperity.

If you’re a Christian, a TRUE child of God,
You must stand up and expose, these wolves’ fraud!
We are stewards, of God’s manifold grace,
We must obey God, and do it with haste!

WE CAN’T SEE AHEAD

There’s no way we can see beyond the door,
And we do not know what God holds in store.
We can only humbly kneel and pray,
For pow’r and wisdom to serve Him each day.

The devil does tempt us relentlessly,
With doubt, pain, sorrow and misery.
We never know what lies up ahead,
It may be good things, but it may be dread.

Tho’ we climb a mountain, and see a long way,
We never know what’s in store for that day.
But when we in pray’r, bow our humble heart,
There’s truly not a better way to start.

Tho’ we may not know where our path may lead,
God promises grace that we might succeed.
By faith we can pierce the unknown haze,
By claiming God’s Promise, and giving Him praise.

One sweet day we will reach the glorious heights,
And claim our home in that City so bright.
For now we must trust God implicitly,
Until our time for eternal serenity.

WE AS CHRISTIANS

We as Christians are the ‘light’ of the world,
The Gospel, by US, must be unfurled.
Speak with your mouth, and attest as you live,
Walk close to the Lord, and much love, do give!

We WERE darkness, but NOW, ‘light’ in the Lord,
Walk as children of light, in willing accord.
Cast out all evil, wickedness, and sin,
And try by Word or deed, lost souls to win.

When we let our lights shine, we will please God,
The world is perverse, and crooked, as we trod.
Always live righteous in God’s holy eyes,
Remember; ONLY Jesus, justifies!

Our lights must shine, in this world of darkness.
Ev’n tho’ we may never see our progress.
One shall plant the Word, another water,
But only God grants increase and confers.

We as Christians must trust God and obey,
First, love God, then our brothers ev’ry day.
DO the Word, not just hear it and forget,
If you do, your life will be greatly blest.

He is the highest; He is grandeur.
There is none other to save our soul,
Almighty God gave Christ full control!

We must accept Christ as our Substitute,
For all our evil sins He did impute.
He died on that Cross that we might live,
In Heav’n’s glory, eternal life He gives!

We must accept Christ as Mediator,
Our fellowship with God, He does restore.
He pleads our case; He’s a Priest so high,
We must come thru’ Him; Christ we can’t deny!

We must accept Christ as our Teacher,
He and His Word, we must not sever.
We must learn of Him, so lowly and meek,
We’ll find our soul’s rest, if Him we seek!

We must accept Christ as our Model,
If in His Heav’nly Home, we want to dwell.
We must imitate Him, in ev’ry way,
Whether we’re hard at work, or at play!

We must accept Christ as our great Lord,
He is Mighty God, as told in His Word.
He died; rose, and lives for ever more,
Some day we’ll meet Him on Heav’n’s shore!

THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO GOD THE FATHER, WHO IS IN HEAVEN!!!
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (KJV)  Acts 4:12  Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (KJV)
Only JESUS can save your soul! Please believe this!
*****Why should we believe the Bible?
We should believe the Bible because it is God speaking to us. Some people demand proofs that the Bible is the Word of God, while others recognize it is Truth as coming from God (Mat.7:13-15). TRUE Christians know there is something very special about Jesus and His work, and when they read the Bible they feel its power and truth, while others simply refuse to accept Him and the Bible. As for me, I know the Bible is true because of the many prophecies. When I read where something is declared to happen, and then read where that event happened, to the letter, I know the Bible is true. We should believe the Bible because it is true, and it is from the One and Only True God (2 Tim.3:16; Heb.4:12; 2 Pet.1:19-21). Cults teach another Jesus and another gospel (2 Cor.11:4). Their Jesus CANNOT save you from Hell. Some cults teach that their Jesus is a brother of the devil, begotten through sexual intercourse between god and his goddess wife who both came from another planet. That is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. Others teach that their Jesus is Michael the Archangel who became a man. That is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. Still others crucify their Jesus’ over and over again. That is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. The TRUE JESUS died only ONCE to pay OUR sin’s penalty (Heb.7:27; 9:12, 28; 10:10; 1 Pet. 3:18), and God the Father accepted His Sacrifice for us as ‘Paid in full’. Neither can any commandments of men, the false doctrines of false religions made up by men, save your soul, only the Gospel of Christ Jesus can keep you from Hell! (Mat.15:9; Mk.7:7; Tit.1:14).
*****Jesus IS God!
Jesus is prayed to: (Jn.14:14; Acts 7:55-60; 1 Cor. 1:2).
Jesus is worshipped: (Mat.2:1-2, 11; 14:33; 28:8-9; Heb.1:6-8).
Jesus cleanses from us sin: (1 Jn.1:9; 1 Jn.2:1-2).
Jesus forgives sins: (Mat.9:1-7; Lk.5:20; 7:48).
*****Who IS the TRUE JESUS?
The Bible tells us there is only ONE God in all existence (Isa.43:10; 44:6, 8; 45:5), that being our awesome Triune God: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (Gen. 1:26; Mat.3:16-17; Lk.3:22; Jn.1:31-34; 1 Cor.12:4-6; 2 Cor.13:14; Eph.2:18; 1 Jn.5:7. Rev.1:4-6).
The TRUE JESUS, is the Jesus that is taught in Holy Word of God. He is both God and Man! (Isa.7:14; 9:6; Mat.1:23; Lk.1:35; Jn.1:1, 14; Col.2:9; Heb.1:8). He is the Second Person of the Trinity. The TRUE JESUS has two natures, He is BOTH God and Man! Believing in Jesus means you believe that He is God and Man. And too, we must believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which clearly tell us of His death, burial and resurrection (1 Cor.15:1-4).
*****What is TRUE belief?
We must believe in the TRUE JESUS, a
nd part of that belief is to have faith in what He did on the cross for us. We must believe Jesus paid the full penalty of our sins (Jn.19:30). We must believe that He gave His life as a Perfect Sacrifice for us, and that His Father accepted that Sacrifice as full and complete payment of our sins when we believe (Jn.3:15-17)! The devil and his children (1 Jn.3:10), admit that God does exist (Jam.2:19), but they do NOT have a trusting faith in God, that gives them eternal live in Heaven, whereas a TRUE child of God does!
*****Salvation (eternal life in Heaven) is only by faith in Christ Jesus.
Many churches falsely teach that to be saved from your sins, you must believe in God, but also do good works. This is false because we are justified (declared not guilty before God) by faith in Jesus (Rom.3:24, 28; 5:1), NOT by any works we do (Jn.3:36; 5:24; Rom.4:1-5; 6:23; Eph.2:8-9). False teachers deny the Lord Jesus, and their end is swift destruction (2 Thes.1:8-9; Rev.20:15). Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. (KJV) The Word of God has MUCH to say about false teachers and false doctrines. BEWARE my friend. We today are invaded by these smooth talking wolves bringing nice sounding words that will lead you to HELL!

We Should Witness

There are many reasons, why this we should do,
if we want to stay close, to our God so true.
God loves us, and He wants us to obey,
He wants us far, far, from the devil's broad way.

When we tell others, about Jesus, our Lord,
We obey what's written, in God's Holy Word.
We must reach out, and the Lord Jesus share,
'Tis how we show others, we really care.

We must speak out, of the hope deep inside,
And the Promise of Heav'n, where we shall reside.
We must tell that Jesus, is the only Way,
And we can live in His Home, some blissful day.

We must tell, of His Holy Spirit within,
And how God forgives us, of all our sin.
But this is just thru' Jesus, so we must tell,
So that His Gospel, can keep folks from Hell.

Jesus will never leave us, never forsake,
We must tell of this Promise, to us He makes.
He's always with us, in good times and bad,
We must tell He's the best Friend, we've ever had.

He watches o'er us, be it day or night,
And His Spirit empow'rs, in our worst plight.
Our Advocate, Christ Jesus will always be,
As we travel the road, to eternity.

There are many reasons, why we should witness,
Topping them all, is that God will surely bless.
When our days on Earth are done, He'll take our hand,
And lead us o'er Jordon, to the Promis'd land!

Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
Amen. (KJV)

What Do People Think Of?

What do people think of, as thru' this life they walk?
What percentage of them, of eternity talk?
Most think of self: me, me, me; only me,
In Church they eat up, 'Word-Faith' prosperity!

People don't like to face up, to the fact they'll die,
Some falsely believe in 'reincarnation,' and on it rely.
Friend, that is simply, Satan's gross trickery,
STOP!!! Go to Christ! He can give you, life eternally!

Whether you believe it or not, your soul lives on,
God gives us this life on Earth, to choose God's Son!
God loves us, wants us one day to live in His Home,
But we must believe and accept Christ, and to Him, come!

In this life, we have only two roads, for our soul,
Wisdom keeps us on the small one, giving Christ control.
But, most are foolish, following Satan's broad path,
STAY OFF! It brings only God's furious and Holy wrath!

Wisdom friend, please don't travel the devil's road,
He'll grin ear to ear, for he wants you in Hell's abode.
Think ahead, not just of this day, make a wise choice,
So that some day your eternal soul, will rejoice!

Jesus is the Truth, the Life and ONLY Way,
That your soul will ever, reach Heaven one day!
Don't be a fool, and travel the devil's gaudy road,
For it leads only, to Hell's agonizing abode!

WHAT DOES GOD EXPECT FROM US?

We are to believe God, whatever He says,
Study His Word, every one of your days.
Have faith in Him, confidence and trust,
For with Him, these things are a must.

We are to love God, with out entire being,
Love Him, completely, without ever seeing!
Body, soul and mind, each hour of the day,
Put Him first in all things, in every way!

We are to obey God, this Jesus has said,
When we love and obey, we have nothing to dread!
Accept Jesus, love God, then your fellow man,
This God expects of us, ‘tis also His plan!

We are to be thankful to God, in all things,
For He blesses daily, in what He does bring!
Even thank Him, for what you think to be bad,
In the end it’ll work out, and you’ll be glad.

Always thank and praise God, for all He has done,
And be so very grateful, for His only Son.
God really does love the sacrifice of praise,
The fruit of our lips, let’s continually raise!

We are to fear, or revere God all the day through,
For He is so very awesome, great and true!
This deep down respect, we must have for our God,
No matter where we may be; here or abroad!

We are to serve God, and do try to win souls,
Serving our Maker; this must be our goal!
Honor and glorify Him, in actions and speech,
Commit your life to Him, and Heav’n you shall reach!

WHAT DOES GOD HATE??

Did you ever wonder? “What does God hate?”
His Word will tell us, and tell us straight.
Idols are an abomination,
Cursed are they; no matter the nation!

Sacrificing children, kindles God’s wrath,
In days of old, or on today’s path.
Abortion is selfish sacrifice,
Taking that life, friend, you’ll pay the price!

Witchcraft, horoscopes, and divination,
All to God are degradation.
Fortune tellers, and necromancers,
Are hated by our Heav’nly Father.

Homosexuals, and sodomy,
Are hated by God, in great degree.
Sodom and Gomorrah, God did destroy,
For these wicked evils, they did employ.

Cheating, pride, murder, discord, and lies,
Stubbornness too, our God does despise.
Offerings of the wicked, God does hate,
Wickedness, of all rulers, so great.

He that justifieth the wicked,
Are abominable, His Word has said.
Too, if someone does condemn the just,
God hates and looks on them with disgust.

Mocking God’s prophets, and God’s One Son,
Brings down God’s wrath, when Jesus you shun.
God’s great wrath will abide upon you,
Only Christ from that wrath can rescue,

WHAT IF

What if --- the Words in the Bible are true,
Would that make any difference to you?
Would you try to understand, what God states?
Or would you not trey to change your fate?

What if --- you could change your destination,
Would you take the route away from damnation?
Would you try Heaven’s small narrow road?
Or would you continue, to Hell’s abode?

What if --- you knew, Christ was the only way,
Would you have faith, and believe in Him this day?
Would you trust Him completely, to save you?
My friend, the choice is yours; what will you do?

What if --- you knew, you would die this v’ry day,
Would you change your thoughts, or the words you say?
Would you try to make right, the wrongs you’ve done?
Or would you just grab every bit of fun?

The world is in the vast majority,
They never think about eternity.
They never think that God won’t ever lie,
And their soul lives forever, when they die.

What if --- you would turn to Christ, and believe?
Then a mansion in Heav’n, you will receive!
Just Christ can save you from Hell’s agony,
And grant life in Heaven, eternally!

WHAT IF??

What if, I do not accept the Lord?
What is the penalty, in God’s Word?
What if, I keep my mind on lust and greed?
What if, God’s Commandments, I do not heed?

What if, just me, me, is on my mind?
And time for others, I cannot find?
What if, pride is always in my path?
What if, I don’t try to avoid God’s wrath?

What if, I always pick the wrong friends?
And drugs and booze, seem to be my trend?
What if, I do to you, ‘fore you do to me?
What if, I never think, of eternity?

You must be born again, God’s Word is clear!
But most folks the Gospel, refuse to hear!
The penalty, is the Lake of Fire,
Eternal life, must be our desire.

Just two distinct roads, before us stand,
One leads to God, the other, Satan’s hand.
NO one can make, the decision but you,
Choose the right road, and with gusto pursue.

Walk with Jesus, on the narrow path,
‘Tis the only way, to avoid God’s wrath!
Satan’s broad road, leads to Hell’s agony,
Where the bliss of Heav’n, you will ne’er see.

Is YOUR name there?

WHAT IF

What if --- this were your last day to live,
Is there someone, you might want to forgive?
Does your heart a heavy burden carry?
Run to the Lord, my friend; do not tarry!

What if --- you knew this would be your last day,
Would you keep on living the same way?
Or would you maybe change a few things?
Run to the Lord, my friend; for His blessings!

What if --- today you would take your last breath,
Are you ready to die a physical death?
Is there something you would try to make right?
Run to the Lord, my friend; you’re in His sight!

What if --- today God would call you away,
Are there kind words to one you might say?
Is there one that you should right a wrong?
Run to the Lord, my friend; to His arms so strong!

What if --- did you ever contemplate?
When I die, just what will be my fate?
Does eternity ever come to your mind?
Or are you to this Truth, totally blind?

What if --- O please consider this my friend,
Your days on Earth are short, and soon will end.
Ev’ry living person one day will die,
For life in Heaven, do you qualify?

If you reject Christ, you are doom’d to Hell,
In eternal agony, you shall dwell.
But, if you accept Christ, Heaven awaits,
For just Christ has keys to Heaven’s gates.

WHAT IF GOD’S BLESSINGS WERE NOT FREE? . . . May 2005 Message

On God’s blessings, what would the price be?
If God were to charge, you and me.
Could we afford to pay for His love?
That He so graciously sends, from above.

Could we buy peace? or have to pass by?
For on our money, we couldn’t rely.
What about grace? how much would you pay?
For God’s sufficiency, ev’ry day.

The joy in your life, how much is it worth?
Consider this, as you walk this Earth.
Being content, as you live your life,
Would be expensive, for it removes strife.

What about hope, how much would it be?
As you contemplate, eternity.
And what about salvation of your soul?
Saving your money would have to be your goal.

Isn’t God good to us, ev’ry day?
For NONE of His blessings, do we have to pay!
He doesn’t charge for His love, it’s free!
And His grace abounds, abundantly!

Peace and joy come when Christ we accept,
God gives them freely, to His elect!
Contentment comes when the Spirit abides,
When the door of our heart, we open wide.

Because of Christ, God forgives all our sins,
Just thru’ Christ, can God’s friendship we win.
We now have hope, that wasn’t there before,
Salvation is ours! and so much more!

What Is Important To You? . . . April 2013 Message

What in this life, is important to you?
As you consider this, what has most value?
Is it your home, or other property?
Do you ever think, of eternity?

What in this life, is your prized possession?
Think, as you take all, in consideration.
Does eternity, ever enter your mind?
Or to this fact, are you deaf, dumb and blind?

In this life on Earth, the vast majority,
Never think of where, they’ll spend eternity!
God’s Word states, there are just two destinations,
The bliss of Heaven, or Hell’s damnation.

Jesus is the Truth, the Life and the Way,
Only He can get you, to Heaven one day!
Have you considered Christ, a priority?
As you walk the road, to eternity?

Christ Jesus should be, of great value to you,
As you live in this wicked world, so untrue.
Don’t let this world’s pleasures, lead you astray,
‘Tis a huge mistake, you will pay for one day!

The devil will lead you, to worldly treasure,
And tempt you, with forbidden pleasure.
Beware my friend, don’t let Satan take control,
He will lead you to Hell, and destroy your soul!

WHAT WILL HEAVEN BE LIKE?

There’ll be no separation or turmoil,
Satan no longer our efforts shall foil.
There’ll be no mourning when a lov’d one dies,
For there’ll be no more death in Heav’n on high.

There’ll be no more sorrow, crying, nor pain,
And of that blissful life, there’ll be no wane.
On and on, for e’er, into eternity,
I pray that Heav’n shall be your destiny.

There’ll be no more hunger, nor any thirst,
God will see to it that we all come first.
There’ll be no wants nor desires of any kind,
I don’t know ‘bout you, but this baffles my mind!

There’ll never be fear, if you’re close or far,
Not like this Earth; many fears so do mar.
He will keep and protect us, forever,
Nothing at all from God will us sever.

There’ll be no more curse God put on the ground,
Anything we do will simply abound.
There shall not be any wickedness there,
You’ll not find any sinners, anywhere!

There’ll be no more sin in our Heav’nly Home,
And you’ll not turn your back on Him, e’er roam.
Christ has made all God’s children just and right,
And there’ll be no options to reach Heav’n bright.

There shall be no night in this blissful place,
All darkness is gone, thanks be to His grace.
There’ll be no candle, nor light of the sun,
Just the presence of Christ, the Light of God’s Son!

WHAT WILL HELL BE LIKE?

Hell will be a prison of darkest despair,
There are so many things that will be there.
A lake of fire and brimstone, that there will be,
The judgment of God, and His final decree.

There will be suffering that’s not met its match,
Such pain and agony, and no gate with a latch.
Weeping and wailing, and gnawing of tongues,
Memory and remorse, have all just begun.

The fearful and unbelievers, and all liars,
All these will have their part, in the lake of fire.
The abominable, and all who hate God,
All who reject Christ, while on Earth they trod.

Then too, there are some things that will not be there,
Because Hell is a prison of dark despair.
No beautiful flowers on the banks of Hell,
None of the wonders of nature, we love so well.

No comforts of our home, no music, no song,
No friendship, no joy, and no peace in that throng.
No fam’ly gath’rings with laughter so bright,
No love and no smiles, and not one bit of light.

No more of God’s mercy, compassion or grace,
No pity, no water, --- what a terrible place!
One other thing that there simply will not be,
None of God’s children, for Christ has set us free.

These are just a few things, to ponder upon,
I pray you won’t wait long, to accept God’s Son.
Christ is the only One, that can save your soul,
And only He can place your name, on Heav’n’s roll.

WHAT WILL I SAY???

What will I say, to the Almighty Judge?
When on His decisions, He won’t budge?
I can beg and cry, and for mercy plead,
But it’ll be too late, my words He won’t heed.

Just what will I say, at the Judgment Seat?
When the All-knowing Judge I finally meet?
I know He’ll have records of all I’ve done,
I won’t put anything o’er, God’s own Son.

He’ll know about the things, I did not do,
And He’ll know about, the wrongs I did too.
Rewards or loss of rewards, will come my way,
As I consider this, what will I say?

I must NOW really think, of how I live,
I must confess my sins, so God can forgive.
I must walk with Christ, on the narrow path,
I must live righteous, to avoid God’s wrath.

NOW is when I should think, of the Judgment Seat,
For one day soon, the Great Judge I’ll meet.
Will He be pleased, with my service to Him?
What will I say, on this day O so grim?

I will be judged, on all works I have done,
When I come Face to face, with God’s own Son.
All His judgments will be righteous and just,
What will I say, to my Lord whom I trust?

Soon in the future, will come Judgment Day,
I have no idea, of what I will say.
I look to this day with uneasiness,
I must live my life, so my Lord will bless.

What Will You Say?

What will you say, on that coming day?
It's a certainty, to come your way!
It's a fact, that one day you shall be,
In front of Judge Jesus, to state your plea.

The life you lived, will pass by your eyes,
Things you've forgotten, will re-arise.
Books on us all, Almighty God keeps,
Our awesome God, ne'er slumbers or sleeps.

Our Creator God, knows our ev'ry thought,
No way you can lie, you're already caught!
He knows our heart, for it He can see,
On Judgment day, we shall speak truthfully.

What will you say, what will you try to hide?
Will you be afraid, or will fears subside?
You shall stand, before the Great Judge one day,
When Judgment Day comes, what will you say?

There shall be judgments, not just one, but two,
Each of us shall be judged, both me and you!
God's children shall be, at the Judgment Seat,
Satan's children face, the Great White Throne's heat.

Before which of these judgments, will you be?
As you walk onward, to your destiny?
The Judgment Seat means, that Heav'n awaits,
The Great White Throne means, a no-exit gate!

What will you say, to Christ Jesus today?
IF you want Heav'n, there is NO other way!
Almighty God, you MUST believe,
Trust and accept Christ, and Him receive!

You must be born again, to go to heav'n,
Or a "mansion" to you, will NOT be giv'n.
All Satan's children, shall go to Hell,
And there in agony, for e'er shall dwell.

WAY OF ALL THE EARTH, THE

I go the way of all the Earth,
No matter my place, or my worth.
We all must go when God does call,
No matter how big, or how small.

Death does come, to you and me,
We all must walk thru’ death’s valley.
Death’s doorway will be won by all,
Unless in the clouds comes God’s Son.

When we walk thru’ the dark shadows,
To all God’s children; Heav’n’s bestow’d.
So as we walk, we need not fear,
His loving presence is so near!

Death is NOT extermination,
It is instead, germination!
Our soul shall never, ever die,
It lives for e’er, in Hell, or Heav’n high.

You’ll go the way of all the Earth,
No matter who you are, or your worth!
You too will go when God does call,
To Heav’n high, OR to Hell you’ll fall!

He wants us all to trust His Son!
Christ is the only door the Heav’n,

You Ain’t Got A Chance

Without Jesus, you ain’t got a chance,
For in the Lake of Fire, you shall prance!
Without Christ, you CANNOT avoid Hell,
It’s for certain, there you shall dwell!

You ain’t got a chance, without the Lord,
It’s so plainly stated, in His Word.
Christ is the only One, with a key,
To Heaven, and life eternally!

You ain’t got a chance, no how, no way,
To reach Heaven’s gate, on any day!
You must have Christ Jesus, in your heart,
No other way, will Satan depart!

You ain’t got a chance, to reach Heaven’s shore,
Unless Jesus, you truly adore!
There is no other name, God has given,
That anyone could call on, to reach Heaven!

We ain’t got a chance, not you, not me,
We must have Christ, to live eternally!
Just Jesus can get us, to Heaven above,
Just Jesus can save us, with His love.

YOU CAN RUN, BUT YOU CAN’T HIDE

Some people try to hide from our God,
Mostly the worldly wise, as they trod.
Do they think God knows NOT what they do?
God will all evil, completely beshrew.

You CANNOT hide from our great Creator,
Ev’n in darkness, when you lock the door.
God knows ALL that you think, or will do,
My friend, He knows ev’ry thing, ‘bout you!

You can run, but you CAN’T hide from God,
No place on Earth to hide, all abroad.
Perhaps when they run, they think they’re hid,
But they just make matters worse, instead.

God sees and knows ALL, you CANNOT hide,
Day or dark night, what e’er does betide.
You CAN’T run from His omni-present eyes,
Satan may tell you so; but he lies!

Do you try to run from Mighty God?
Your efforts won’t succeed, as you trod.
You can run; but you CAN’T get away,
Running; an evil heart, does portray.

If only you would run TO God, instead,
You wouldn’t have near the strife or dread.
God loves you; and wants you as His own,
RUN TO HIM; and His grace will be shown!

YOU CAN’T SIN AND WIN

If we persist, and continue in sin,
A “mansion” in Heav’n, we will never win!
When we ask Christ to come into our heart,
From all sin and evil, we must depart!

You can’t sin and win! God clearly states,
For you will never see the Pearly Gates!
A true hypocrite, is what you are,
God will cast you from Him, very far!

If in your sin, you demand to remain,
Peace and rest of Heav’n, you shall not gain!
You cannot win, if you don’t turn away,
From all sin’s wickedness, this v’ry day!

It’s not enough, to believe there’s a God,
You must obey, as this life you trod.
Faith and obedience, together are bound,
Where there is one, the other is found!

You can’t sin and win, in Jesus’ eyes,
Sin is something, God does despise!
To abide in sin, God you displease,
Turn from your sin, and God’s wrath you appease!

You cannot win, God wants you to know,
Willful sin leads you, to Hell below!
You must forsake sin, to be God’s friend,
Or to the heights of Heav’n, you’ll not ascend!

YOU DO HAVE A CHOICE

There are not many sermons preached on Hell,
Preachers are reluctant, this subject to tell.
Most speak only on what people want to hear,
Only the nice things, to ease those itching ears.

But friend, I’m here to tell you,” Hell does exist,”
You are sure to go there, if Christ you resist!
If you do not believe, nor accept God’s Son,
You shall reach Hell; and your agony begun.

Hell is a choice; one that you make on your own,
Only you can decide, when the ‘WAY’ is shown!
There are just two destinations: Heaven, Hell,
You make the choice my friend; which place will you dwell?

Are you headed this day for the judgment of Hell?
‘Twill be total darkness; the pain, I can’t tell!
Agony and suffering; complete distress,
All this can be avoided, if Christ you confess!

You must believe, or God will reject,
All you do, and He will not protect.
We must believe on our Saviour’s Name,
To be God’s sons, and receive His gain.

God laid in Zion, a Chief Cornerstone,
Elect and precious; to most, not known.
On His Name, they simply won’t believe,
Just thru’ Christ, God’s blessing you’ll receive.

You must believe on Christ Jesus’ name,
Or a day will come, for fear and shame.
You shall recall, in deep agony,
Each time you heard of His love and mercy.

There will come a day, when you’ll regret,
When the prison of Hell, does beset.
You’ll wish you did listen, ‘bout the Lord,
To the one who brought, that precious Word.

Each time you reject, your heart hardens more,
Instead, you should open, your heart’s door.
Each time you reject, God’s wrath does increase,
He’ll give to you Hell; and never peace!

I’m sure you’ve heard of Heaven above,
And about our Saviour, and His love.
He’s the ONLY WAY, the ONLY KEY,
To spend life in Heav’n, eternally!

YOU WILL HAVE MEMORIES

If you choose the broad road that leads to Hell,
That place of judgment, where all evil dwells,
You will have memories; for ever more,
God’s Word does tell what is held in store!

ALL who reject Christ, will end up in Hell,
A terrible place, where for e’er you’ll dwell.
Rejection of Jesus, they’ll see in remorse,
If they had yet a chance; they’d change their course!

The great anger, pain, misery, and thirst,
All the suffering; their minds near do burst.
They’ve a clear memory of when on Earth,
Great regrets of rejecting Christ and His worth!

YOUR CHOICE!

The soul of man for e’er does live,
Your v’ry soul, our great God did give.
It will live for e’er, in Heav’n OR Hell,
It’s up to you, where you will dwell.

You have a choice while on this Earth,
How much do you think is Christ’s worth?
Jesus is God’s beloved Son,
He paid it ALL; His work’s all done!

Have you thought ‘bout eternity?
Do you want bliss? or agony?
The choice is yours; it’s up to you,
Just what with Jesus will you do?

You have a choice, if breath’s in you,
Will you accept our Saviour so true?
Trust and accept; in Heav’n you’ll dwell,
But if you reject; you’ll go to Hell!

Your Mansion

Will your mansion in Heav’n, be bigger than mine?
Will it be furnish’d, with luxuries so fine?
Will it shine so bright, by the street of pure gold?
As the glory of Jesus, you behold?

If my dwelling place were small, I’d care not,
I’m so grateful for this place, Jesus has bought!
A tiny cottage, on a side street would be great,
For all Christ Jesus has done, I appreciate!

What an awesome Saviour we have, He paid our price,
Went to the cross for us, was our Sacrifice!
He redeemed us, with His wondrous, precious Blood,
Privileged we are, for that sacrificial Flood!

Don’t worry ‘bout how big, your mansion will be,
Christ will rightly provide, for you and for me!
On that old rugged cross, Jesus took our place,
So that one, sweet day, we’ll see, His Holy Face!

Our mansion in Heav’n, Jesus controls the size,
Who are we, that we should ever criticize!
A small cabin, in a place out of the way,
Would be all right with me, on that special day!

I’m not worthy, nor want, fancy luxuries,
I want just to serve Him, for eternity!
The dwelling place for me, that Christ shall provide,
I’ll gladly accept, and for e’er, there reside!

YOUR SOUL

Treasures of wickedness profit nought,
But by many today, they are sought.
Earthly things won’t profit; they are vain,
In eternity’s realm, there’s no gain.

There’s no reward to the evil man,
Unrighteousness is against God’s plan.
Idols of ANY kind are vanity,
They simply make you God’s enemy.

Workers of iniquity will fall,
Cast down, not able to rise at all.
Calamity shall come suddenly,
He shall be broken without remedy.

What shall you gain if you lose your soul?
Of your soul; ONLY Christ has control.
NOTHING can you for your soul exchange,
Only one way! your heart you must change!

You must BELIEVE God, ACCEPT His Son,
IF you do, eternal life’s begun.
Accept the greatest Gift known to man,
Salvation thru’ Christ; God’s ONLY Plan!

YOUR THRONE OF GRACE

Your Throne of Grace, I’d dare not approach,
For my sins are to You, a horrid reproach.
But my loving Saviour, made a way,
For me to come to You, night or day.

I now can approach, Your wondrous Throne,
For Christ Jesus, my sins did atone.
I now can come to You, with no fear,
And I know my pray’r, You’ll surely hear.

Your Throne, Father, what an awesome Place,
Where You bless us, with Your amazing grace.
You always have time to hear my plea,
No matter my plight, You always hear me.

Your Throne of Grace, gives me joy down deep,
Your mercy and love, I covet and keep.
The peace I have, deep inside my soul,
Comes from knowing, You are in control.

Humbly I come to Your Throne of Grace,
My sinfulness, makes me hide my face.
Dear Lord, so holy and pure are You,
I’m so unworthy, of Your love so true.

Great love on Your children, You bestow,
As we walk here, on this Earth below.
A blessing, and a privilege indeed,
From Your Throne of Grace, grand things proceed.

For Your grand love, I’ll praise You each day,
And thank You, that You won’t turn away.
I’m truly grateful, for Your Throne of Grace,
Indeed it is, a most awesome Place!
