We do not have news letters; we have what we call Monthly Messages. It is simply a poem that the Lord had so graciously given me, and my comment on that particular poem.

January 2020 Monthly Message

CONSIDERING

I don’t take into, consideration,
Many wrong words, and deeds that I have done.
I fall so far short, of what I should be,
So far away, from Jesus’ purity.

Ne’er a bad or wrong word, came from His Lips,
But for me, many are the awful quips.
For me, lies and unkind remarks, are widespread,
I should consider, future terror and dread.

Only great love, came from Jesus the Lord,
But for me, hate is rampant, love is barr’d.
Hatred is a sin, this I truly know,
I should consider, there is a Hell below.

Only measureless kindness, came from Him,
Making my rare kindness, extremely dim.
Loving compassion, is a necessity,
I should really consider, eternity.

Only firm obedience, came from the Lord,
But for me, I pretend I never heard.
Trust and obey. This I must really do,
If Heaven is what, I want to pursue.

Trusting God, is what Jesus did alway,
Never a doubt or fear, in any day.
But for me, many doubts each day arise,
And oft’ fear takes hold of me, ‘fore sunrise.

Lord, help me to be, who You want me to be,
Help me guard my lips, this is my plea.
Help me to love, help me to be kind,
Help me to obey, with my heart and mind.

Take away every doubt, that comes my way,
Don’t let the old devil, ruin my day.
Please increase my faith, help remove my fear,
Let me precious Lord, feel Your Presence near!

WORDS OF WISDOM

When God shuts a door, He opens a window. (1 Cor.10:13).
Interruptions are divine instructions.
The worst can happen, but the best remains.
He is no fool who gives up what he cannot keep, to gain what he cannot lose.
God always gives His best to those who leave the choice up to Him.
Knowing the LIVING WORD, is the key to understanding the written Word.

Yet another new year! I think almost everyone makes New Year resolutions, but if one in ten keep them, it would surprise me. As we enter another year, we should try to better ourselves, because none of us are as we should be. We all are sinners and we all need forgiveness.
I don’t know about you, but far too often, I open my mouth before I think. I say some thing that I should not say, or worse do! I should think first, then speak. I am not worthy of my Lord Jesus. I should imitate Him, but instead, so often I displease or insult Him. Instead of harboring mean, hateful thoughts to those who have hurt you or that you dislike, we should have kind, loving thoughts as our Lord Jesus always did. He told us to love our enemies. To me that is a hard command! But one thing that I have found out, that when I pray for my enemies, a strange sort of remarkable calmness seems to arrive. It works, try it.
I think at times we all come up with a problem that seems not to have an answer. We have doubts about how we are going to get through the day. We must simply trust the Lord Jesus to help us, and have faith that He will get us through. He wants only the best for us, maybe the trouble we face is His way of testing us, to see how we handle it.
Luke 17:5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. (KJV). . . If the apostles could ask for faith, so can we!
Mat.22:36-39 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Promises of God

The Promise of love, cannot compare,
With anything, that this world could share.
God’s love is care, concern and compassion,
The world gives strife, and persecution.

The Promise of pardon, hovers near,
The world just offers, dreaded fear.
God’s pardon, casts sins and guilt away,
The world tempts and entices, each new day.

The Promise, sufficient is His grace,
Encourages us, as we run our race.
Amazing grace, is God’s great mercy,
His pardon of sin, is O so free.

The Promise to us, to justify,
While the world stubbornly, Christ denies.
The court of Heav’n, not guilty declares,
The evil world with this, cannot compare.

The Promise of Heav’n, for you and me,
Is there for all, in God’s family.
An inheritance, that won’t fade away,
Kept by God’s pow’r, for our special day.

All the Promises of God, He shall keep,
His true children, these Promises will reap.
Faith in Christ Jesus, is what it takes,
Standing firm in Him, ne’er to forsake.

The Bible is clear, we must believe,
If God’s Promises, we are to receive.
For all unbelievers, Hell awaits,
They will never see, Heav’n’s glorious gates.

The Bible is FULL of Promises from God . . . both to the righteous (God’s TRUE children) and to the wicked (the devil’s children, 1 Jn.3:10).

The Wicked . . . Their Promised End: Psalms 9:17; 11:6; Isa.13:9-11; 59:18; Mat.5:21-22; 7:13; 13:40-42; 25:41; Jn.5:28-29.
The WICKED are people: #1. Those who have NO fear whatsoever of God. #2. Those who do NOT abandon their evil ways, but seem proud of them. #3. Who live a life far from what God expects. #4. Who do NOT expect or prepare for eternity. #5. Who refuse to believe God, and instead curse and blaspheme Him, His Holy Name, His Holy Word, and His people.

We Must Believe

We must believe as true, God’s most Holy Word,
If we expect in Heaven, to get a reward.
We must believe, everything God says is true,
Our awesome God does not lie, to me and you!

We must believe, that Jesus’ Name is Holy,
Or you’re with those who use His Name, in blasphemy!
We must believe, that Jesus is the Son of God,
Or you’re with Satan, and his damnable fraud!

We must believe, that the Lord Jesus IS God,
Many do not believe this, the whole world abroad.
False religions teach, damnable heresies,
That will lead you, to Hell’s eternal agony.

We must believe, Jesus paid our sin’s penalty,
He made Heaven possible, for you and me.
Jesus’ wondrous love, I cannot comprehend,
Besides being God, He is an awesome Friend!

The commandments of men, you must not believe,
Be wise and only, the Truth of our God receive.
The devil and his children, will tell you lies,
For the Sacrifice of Jesus, they do deny!

You must not listen, to damnable heresies,
They will lead you, to Hell’s fire for eternity.
Please believe God, and all that He has to say,
He tells us clearly, Jesus is the only Way!

*****Why should we believe the Bible?
We should believe the Bible because it is God speaking to us. Some people demand proofs that the Bible is the Word of God, while others recognize it is Truth as coming from God (Mat.7:13-15). TRUE Christians know there is something very special about Jesus and His work, and when they read the Bible they feel its power and truth, while others simply refuse to accept Him and the Bible. As for me, I know the Bible is true because of the many prophecies. When I read where something is declared to happen, and then read where that event happened, to the letter, I know the Bible is true. We should believe the Bible because it is true, and it is from the One and Only True God (2 Tim.3:16; Heb.4:12; 2 Pet.1:19-21). Cults teach another Jesus and another gospel (2 Cor.11:4). Their Jesus CANNOT save you from Hell. Some cults teach that their Jesus is a brother of the devil, begotten through sexual intercourse between god and his goddess wife who both came from another planet. That is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. Others teach that their Jesus is Michael the Archangel who became a man. That is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. Still others crucify their Jesus’ over and over again. That is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. The TRUE JESUS died only ONCE to pay OUR sin’s penalty (Heb.7:27; 9:12, 28; 10:10; 1 Pet. 3:18), and God the Father accepted His Sacrifice for us as ‘Paid in full’. Neither can any commandments of men, the false doctrines of false religions made up by men, save your soul, only the Gospel of Christ Jesus can keep you from Hell! (Mat.15:9; Mk.7:7; Tit.1:14).
*****Jesus IS God!
Jesus is prayed to: (Jn.14:14; Acts 7:55-60; 1 Cor. 1:2). Jesus cleanses from us sin: (1 Jn.1:9; 1 Jn.2:1-2). Jesus is worshipped: (Mat.2:1-2, 11; 14:33; 28:8-9; Heb.1:6-8). Jesus forgives sins: (Mat.9:1-7; Lk.5:20; 7:48).
*****Who IS the TRUE JESUS?
The Bible tells us there is only ONE God in all existence (Isa.43:10; 44:6, 8; 45:5), that being our awesome Triune God: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (Gen. 1:26; Mat.3:16-17; Lk.3:22; Jn.1:31-34; 1 Cor.12:4-6; 2 Cor.13:14; Eph.2:18; 1 Jn.5:7. Rev.1:4-6).
The TRUE JESUS, is the Jesus that is taught in Holy Word of God. He is both God and Man! (Isa.7:14; 9:6; Mat.1:23; Lk.1:35; Jn.1:1, 14; Col.2:9; Heb.1:8). He is the Second Person of the Trinity. The TRUE JESUS has two natures, He is BOTH God and Man! Believing in Jesus means you believe that He is God and Man. And too, we must believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which clearly tell us of His death, burial and resurrection (1 Cor.15:1-4).
*****What is TRUE belief?
We must believe in the TRUE JESUS, and part of that belief is to have faith in what He did on the cross for us. We must believe Jesus paid the full penalty of our sins (Jn.19:30). We must believe that He gave His life as a Perfect Sacrifice for us, and that His Father accepted that Sacrifice as full and complete payment of our sins when we believe (Jn.3:15-17)! The devil and his children (1 Jn.3:10), admit that God does exist (Jam.2:19), but they do NOT have a trusting faith in God, that gives them eternal live in Heaven, whereas a TRUE child of God does!
*****Salvation (eternal life in Heaven) is only by faith in Christ Jesus.
Many churches falsely teach that to be saved from your sins, you must believe in God, but also do good works. This is false because we are justified (declared not guilty before God) by faith in Jesus (Rom.3:24, 28; 5:1), NOT by any works we do (Jn.3:36; 5:24; Rom.4:1-5; 6:23; Eph.2:8-9). False teachers deny the Lord Jesus, and their end is swift destruction (2 Thes.1:8-9; Rev.20:15). Mat.7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. (KJV) . . . BEWARE of false teachers and false doctrines that will lead you to HELL!

WHAT HELD HIM THERE?

He hung on that Cross; so bleak and bare,
As He suffered; “What held Him there?”
Was it nails they drove in His Hands?
Or was it great love, for all lands?

He could have called legions of angels,
To take Him down, and His agony quell.
Huge rusty nails in His hands and feet,
Did not hold Him there; ‘twas LOVE so sweet!

Great wondrous love, giv’n for me and you,
Love bound Him secure; vast love and true!
He bought our souls with His precious Blood,
Relieved God’s wrath with that crimson Flood!

Those nails did not hold Him to that tree,
“What held Him there?” love for you and me!
Love so very willing and so true,
Deep heart-felt love, we can’t construe!

When I think of all the Lord Jesus went through to pay OUR penalty for sins WE committed, it astounds me. God’s love is comforting, steadfast and never changing.
God’s love is revealed to us through His only begotten Son, Jesus and is shed on us by the Holy Spirit, Who abides within us. God’s love also compels us to love one another.
Titus 3:5-7 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (KJV)

God revealed the utmost and ultimate act of love when Christ Jesus died on the cross for us. We do not have to work for love from God, it is given freely for all who believe Him (1 Jn.5:10-13), and accept His only begotten Son as our Saviour and Lord (Jn.3:15-17).
Consider and meditate on the following Scriptures about God’s love.
Psalm 86:15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth. (KJV)
Psalm 136:26 O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever. (KJV)
Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing. (KJV)
1 Cor. 13:4-7 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (KJV)
1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. (KJV)

Words of Wisdom
True freedom is not choosing your way; but by yielding to God’s way.
            You can depend on Jesus; can Jesus depend on you?
          God stretches your patience to enlarge your soul.
            No burden is too heavy for God’s almighty arms.

JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY

The Bible of Christ Jesus, clearly tells,
Of Whom He really is, and where He dwells.
God’s most Holy Word, so plainly does state,
Of what will surely be, our eternal fate.

To access Heav’n’s glory, one special day,
Jesus is the Truth, the Life and only Way.
Only Christ Jesus, our soul can redeem,
If security in Heav’n, is our dream.

Christ’s righteousness, to us must be applied,
Or we are not by the Father, justified.
Jesus is the only Door, to go thru’,
Or the wonders of Heav’n, you will not view.

Jesus is the Shephard, that guides our path,
Following Him, will keep us from God’s wrath.
You do not want to be, condemn’d to Hell,
Only the devil’s children, there shall dwell.

We must build on Jesus, the Cornerstone,
Or we are not, one of God’s very own.
We want all our works to stand, not to burn,
To obey Christ Jesus, this we must learn.

Most people today, Christ Jesus reject,
None of these souls, will God the Father protect.
All who deny God’s Son, in Heav’n will NOT dwell,
But instead the Lake of Fire, horrid Hell.

Many say that there are other ‘ways’ to Heaven than JESUS. Sad to say, my own mother was one of these. I have been studying the Bible for well over 40 years and I know for a fact, that faith in JESUS is the only way a person will ever reach Heaven. This fact becomes plainer to me with each passing day.
JESUS is the only Way to Heaven for many reasons: #1 JESUS was chosen by God to be the Saviour (1 Pet.2:4). #2. JESUS is the only One come down from Heaven and return there (Jn. 3:13). #3. JESUS is the only Person to ever live a perfect, sinless life (Heb.4:15). #4. He is the only Sacrifice for sin (1 Jn. 2:2). #4. Only JESUS ever fulfilled the Law and the Prophets (Mat.5:17). #5. JESUS is the only Man to conquer death forever (Heb.2:14–15). #6. JESUS is the only Mediator (Advocate) between God and man (1 Tim.2:5; 1 Jn.2:1). #7. JESUS is the only Man that God has exalted, to the highest place (Phil.2:9).
JESUS Himself, specified that He was the only way to Heaven in several places: Jn.14:6; Mat.7:21–27; Jn.3:14-15; 6:35, 63; 10:7; 11:25. NO one else can claim this, now or ever!
In today’s world of hate crimes and intolerance, is God intolerant? If you really think about it, the answer is yes! He has set rules for us to live by! They are found in the Bible. Is Christianity intolerant? Again the answer is yes! Intolerant = prejudiced, unfair, narrow-minded, extreme . . . and yes, multitudes in the world today think Christianity is intolerant! There are more ways to Heaven besides Jesus they will angrily say! They do NOT care what God has said! They do NOT care what His Holy Word clearly states! They do not consider that JESUS Himself was intolerant when He said that He is the One who reveals God to people (Lk.10:22).
John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. (KJV)
JESUS was extremely intolerant of religious hypocrisy when He condemned the Pharisees and called them hypocrites and deceivers (Mat.Ch.23). JESUS was exceptionally intolerant of the buying and selling in the Temple when He drove the people out of it by force and overturned their money tables (Jn.2:13-16). JESUS was also intolerant of hatred when He said love your enemies (Lk.6:27). JESUS was very intolerant of ignorance when He taught the people Truth (Mat. Ch.5-7). JESUS was intolerant of prejudice when He gave the parable of the Good Samaritan (Lk.10:30-37).
Yes, Christianity is intolerant because JESUS, was intolerant. Christianity is intolerant of false gods and false gospels. It is intolerant because there is a definite Hell (lake of fire) and JESUS, who IS God in the flesh (Jn.1:1, 14; Col. 2:9) Who died for our sins (1 Pet. 2:24), has made the ONLY WAY to Heaven a reality, that being through Him alone (Jn.14:6) and to deny and reject this Truth about Him, brings eternal damnation (Mat.23:14, 33; Jn.3:18, 36; 5:29).

But . . . Christianity is actually very tolerant because it teaches us to forgive (Mat.18:21-22), to be patient and kind (Gal. 5:22-23) and to be gentle, honest and good (Phil. 4:6-8). JESUS taught us to love and be examples of kindness and truth in the world. JESUS was intolerant of religious hypocrisy and bigotry, and He was very intolerant of false teachers. He was very intolerant of adultery, cheating, covetousness, fornication, lying, murder, pride, rebellion, sin, and stealing. BUT, He revealed great love and patience with those who were guilty of all these things. WHY? He wants us to do the same. Dear one, JESUS was/is God, JESUS did many miracles, JESUS did heal the sick, JESUS did walk on water, JESUS did die and rise from the dead after three days, and IF you want to go to Heaven, JESUS is the only Way to get there.

There are so many things, that must transpire,

Words of Wisdom
It’s not going out of port, but coming in, that decides the success of the voyage.
The hope of Christ’s Coming, can keep us going.
Christ could come, at any time. Are you ready?
Plan ahead, as though Christ’s Return is many years away;
but live as if He were coming today.

No one knows when Jesus shall come to take His people home. The Rapture could happen at any time (1 Thes.4:13-18). The ones left behind will go through the awful Tribulation period. God promises His children that they will be spared from this horrible time (Mat.24:21-22).
1 Thes.1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. (KJV)
1 Thes.5:9-10 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
Rev. 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. (KJV)
We ALL shall one day stand before Judge Jesus. Believers at the Judgment Seat of Christ (2 Cor.5:10), and unbelievers at the Great White Throne Judgment (Rev.20:11-15). Every person who has ever lived will stand at one of these places, before the Great Judge Jesus.
Jesus Christ has been given the authority to judge all the Earth (Mat.28:18; Jn.3:35). There absolutely is a future, final judgment when Christ will return and EVERYONE who has ever lived will be have their life reviewed and evaluated. BOTH Christians and unbelievers will face a judgment, although not at the same time. A Christian’s eternal destiny is secure (Jn.3:15-17), but Jesus will consider at the judgment how they handled their gifts, opportunities, and responsibilities in order to determine their heavenly rewards OR their loss of rewards. Anything that we do for the cause of Christ will stand, ALL else will be burned up (1 Cor.3:11-15). At the time of the person’s judgment, God will deliver the righteous and condemn the wicked (John 3:18, 36).
At the Great White Throne, the books will be opened. In them are recorded the deeds of EVERYONE there, be those deeds good or evil. We are not saved by deeds, but what we do is seen as clear evidence of a person’s ACTUAL relationship with God. The Book of Life contains only the names of those who have put their trust in Christ to save them. Only those in the Book of Life will be allowed access into Heaven (Rev.20:15). The lake of fire is the final destination of everything wicked: Satan, the beast, the false prophet, the demons, death, Hades, and all those whose names are not recorded in the book of life because they did not place their faith in Jesus Christ. This means unbelievers of all races and religions! It's either white OR black! A person is either for Jesus, OR against Him! There will be NO hope, NO second chance, NO other appeal. God has given us this life on Earth to decide where we will spend eternity! What is your decision? Heaven or Hell?

The Lord Must be First

I must love the Lord, more than any one,
More than my parents, my daughter or son.
More than my spouse, who is so dear to me,
JESUS says He must be first, I agree.

The Lord must be first, o’er everything,
If we want the Father’s, greatest blessings.
If we place anything, higher than He,
The Bible states we’ll face, Hell’s agony.

We must love Christ, more than silver or gold,
If we don’t, God’s rich blessings He’ll with-hold.
JESUS must be first, over precious stones,
If we want to see Heaven, on our own.

JESUS must be first, over pow’r and fame,
And we must always, honor His great Name.
We must never curse Him, in blasphemy,
We must instead, consider eternity.

The Lord must be first by all, everywhere,
If they want to be under, God’s great care.
If they e’er want to see, Heaven above,
They must put Christ first, with heart-felt love.

Where does the Lord stand, in your life this day?
Is He Number One? Or is He far away?
Is JESUS ever so near, to your heart?
Be wise my friend, stay close, never depart!

ONLY JESUS CAN GIVE YOU ETERNAL LIFE!

(KJV) . . . We must love Jesus supremely and passionately, more than all other beings and/or things. We must be devoted to Him, love Him with our all, secure our love totally on Him, be willing to give up all that we hold dear if he so commands it if it were ever to come to that. We must be willing to give our life to Him, and devote our life to His service. We must be willing to live for Him, and be willing to die for Him IF He so commands.
Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. . . . 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.(KJV) . . . The kingdom of God is the primary subject of the Sermon on the Mount. It is the kingdom which God is establishing in this fallen world.
Consider the following: (a). It is not enough to simply know what God’s will is. (b). We must also make doing His will our number one priority.
In His sermon on the mount, Jesus talks about the importance of: (a). Overcoming anxiety (Mat.6:25-27). (b). Feeling the marvelous care of God because we sought first the kingdom of God. (Mat.6:28-32).
SEEKING THE WILL OF GOD MEANS:
(a). Know the kingdom of God is the rule or reign of God by means of His will (Mat.6:10).
(b). Know that we must seek out what God’s will for us is, and live it out in our lives (Jn.4:34; 6:38), and know that IF it is NOT God’s will, we want no part of it!
SEEKING THE WILL OF GOD INVOLVES OBEDIENCE:
(a). It is God’s will that we obey His Son (Mat.11:27; 28:18; Jn.3:35; 5:22-27; 13:3).
(b). Since Jesus has all authority, He wants us to become His disciples (Mat.28:18-20).
(c). Becoming His disciples, we learn from Him, and find rest for our souls (Mat.11:28-30). So, to seek the will of God means becoming disciples of Christ Jesus.

PLACING IN ORDER THE WILL OF GOD:
Luke 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. 24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. 25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? 26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.(KJV) . . . We must have wisdom and courage to NEVER deny or reject or be ashamed of Jesus! When someone denies or rejects Christ, they make huge decisions as though there were no afterlife. The FACT is: this life on Earth is just the place where we decide to spend eternity; it is just the introduction to eternity. How we live this brief life on Earth determines our eternal state. What we accumulate on Earth has absolutely NO value whatsoever in gaining eternal life (Jn.14:6; Acts 4:12), and has absolutely NO value whatsoever in Heaven (Mat.6:19-21). Even the highest social or civic honors CANNOT earn us entrance into Heaven (Eph.2:8-9). We must evaluate our lifestyle from an eternal viewpoint, because our soul is eternal.
Luke 14:26-27 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. (KJV) . . . Hate means to love less. We must love Jesus MORE than anyone else, no matter who they are. NONE of these people are to be placed above Christ Jesus, or loved more than He (Mat.10:37). Jesus must be first in our life.

DO YOU THINK ABOUT HELL?

Friend, did you ever have any thoughts about Hell?
This place of torture, where so many shall dwell?
Many do not believe, there is such a place,
But it does exist, way deep down in space!

The New Testament often of it does speak,
Over two hundred times, and none very weak!
God keeps on warning us, o’er and o’er again,
Wants us to avoid all the distress and pain.

If you were traveling one of Earth’s highways,
And you saw that many warning along the way,
What would you do, plunge on directly ahead?
Or, turn around, and find a good road instead?

God has put up many warning signs ahead,
He’s trying to point you, away from Hell’s dread!
But if you insist, and follow the wrong road,
God has only one choice: “Hell as your abode.”

“Am I trying to scare you?” this you might ask,
I certainly hope so, for this is my task.
Jesus taught more on Hell, than any other thing,
So what I do say, I have hopes it will sting.

If you have not thought about Hell, please do it now!
Heaven should be your goal, and I’ll teach you how!
God made just one Plan, to save our souls from Hell,
Believe, trust Jesus, and in Heaven you shall dwell!

To believe in Heaven and not Hell,
is like saying all is good and there is no evil.

Since August is one of our hottest months, I thought it fitting to bring a Message on Hell. It amazes me how so many people simply cannot stand the heat of summer. They have their AC running 24/7. I have gone into some of these homes and could not stay because it is so cold. And most places of business, I have to wear a coat.

I wonder, do any of these people ever consider what Hell (the lake of fire) is really like? Dear one, there really is a literal HELL! I am going to bring some Scriptures on what Hell is like. If you do not know Jesus as your Saviour and Lord, PLEASE consider the following. Hell is an awful place and it is ETERNAL! If you are condemned to Hell, there is NO hope, NO second chance, NO appeals. A person is either for Jesus, OR against Him! God has given us this life on Earth to decide where we will spend eternity! What is your decision? Heaven or Hell?

***Everlasting punishment. Matthew 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. [KJV] Jesus' Words.
***Everlasting fire. Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: [KJV] Jesus' Words.
***Everlasting burnings. Isaiah 33:14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings? [KJV]

Have you REALLY read the above Scriptures? This is God speaking to you through His Holy and unerring Word. Does it not say that there is indeed a Hell? God CLEARLY describes it for us. He does NOT want ANYONE to go there . . . that is why He describes it in such graphic details. Please believe Him. He NEVER lies.
God does not want anyone to go to Hell (2 Pet.3:9). That is why God, in His wisdom, made a Way for us to access Heaven, that being the Perfect Sacrifice on our behalf. If you want to go to Heaven, accept Jesus as your Saviour. He alone can get you there, He is the way, the truth, and the life.

SO FAR AWAY

Jesus is God’s only, begotten Son,
As for sin and wickedness, He had none!
As for me, I am so, so far away,
Vile sin is with me, ev’ry single day.

So far away, from Jesus’ righteousness,
I cannot see, how the Father can bless.
But in God’s Son Jesus, I do believe,
When God looks down on me, me He receives.

So far away, from Jesus’ purity,
Dark, dirty sin is my worst enemy.
But when in God’s Son Jesus, I have faith,
When God sees me, He gives vic’try o’er death.

So far away, from Jesus’ holiness,
My stubborn sins continue, I confess.
But when in God’s Son Jesus, I do trust,
Confessing those stubborn sins, is a must.

To be like Jesus, seems so far away,
I struggle with sin, with each passing day.
I look to the day, I can be like Him,
But that day seems so far away, so dim.

No matter how good, that you think you are,
From the Lord Jesus, you are very far.
We must look ahead, to the coming day,
When all sin will be gone, far, far away!

1 Cor. 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, (KJV) . . . I do not believe there shall be as many believers left at the Rapture, as some people think (Gen.7:7-23; Mat.7:13-14; 13:3-23; 20:6; 22:14; 25:1-12; Lk.12:32; 13:23.30; Rom.9:27-29, 32; 11:5-6; 12:2; Eph.2:2-3; 1 Pet.3:20-21). That is why I stress the point of TRUE believers! We must beware! We must watch, for we know not when He shall come! We shall not all sleep . . . not all Christians will be dead when Christ comes in the Rapture. But we shall all be changed . . . at the resurrection, all natural, corruptible bodies of the saints shall be turned into spiritual bodies, no longer capable of corruption.
1 Cor. 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (KJV)
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed . . . this will happen very fast! Blink your eye, it is done! With God all things are possible (Mat.19:26).
This change from corruptible to incorruptible, from earthly to heavenly, will be in a moment. The command of Christ, will first call all TRUE believers out of their graves, just as a trumpet calls people together. We also read of the last trump, in the last days (Mat.24:31). I think there shall be such a sound made at the Rapture. Whether it is a literal trumpet, or whether it is the booming Voice of the Lord Jesus (1 Thes.4:16), I cannot say, but personally, I think it shall be Jesus’ Voice that will be like a trumpet. Why do I say this? Rev.1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, (KJV) . . . John said Jesus’ Voice sounded like a trumpet. John turned to see what it was, and he saw the glorified Christ. I believe it is the Voice of the glorified Christ that is like the sound of a trumpet.
When the Lord calls to the dead souls, they shall immediately be raised out of their graves; NOT with the same bodies as they went there with, but with different bodies that shall no longer be subject to corruption. And all those TRUE believers who at that time shall be alive, shall one way or another, also be changed, and shall also be put into an incorruptible (heavenly) state. There shall be NO mistakes! It is my humble opinion that ONLY God’s TRUE children shall hear the Lord Jesus’ call at the Rapture. ALL the unsaved (the unbelieving), shall remain on Earth to go through the Great Tribulation.
a change must take place, either by dying and then being raised, or by being changed without seeing death at the Rapture; because we CANNOT enter Heaven as we are now. We must put on incorruption (2 Cor.5:4), like putting on as a garment. We must be clothed with, or furnished a new body, a heavenly body. We must stop being corruptible and mortal, and must become incorruptible and immortal. All the righteous who remain alive until Christ’s Coming at the Rapture, shall be changed at once, and endowed with incorruption and immortality, just as Enoch and Elijah at their translation were (Gen.5:18-24; 2 Ki.2:11).

Words of Wisdom
Every temptation is a chance to say “No” to sin, and “Yes” to God.
It’s foolish to say “Tomorrow” when God says “Today.”
In a heart full of love, there’s no room for hate or envy.
God’s great power deserves our great praise.
Problems are chances to find God’s answers.

WICKEDNESS

God’s Word states that just a few, would walk the narrow path,
The majority sin, bringing down God’s wrath.
They sin by not believing, what’s in God’s Book,
A Book of Truth, if they’d just open and look.

Most of the ‘well knowns’ don’t believe, and deny,
And too they refuse, to accept and rely.
“Ridiculous” is what some media state,
Judgment Day will bring the answer, to their fate.

GOD sees the wickedness in the Earth, is so great,
Man’s every imagination, God’s wrath frustrate.
Sin corrupting the Earth, is what God does see,
His verdict on Judgment Day, Hell eternally.

Those who believe not, are not in God’s fam’ly,
They follow the devil, in iniquity.
God’s children hear His Voice, and faithfully follow,
The devil’s own follow him, to Hell below.

Treacherous times lie ahead, as prophesied,
Yet more and more are rushing, to the devil’s side.
Most people never think, of eternity,
They just keep keeping on, in iniquity.

Judgment Day lies ahead, for one and for all,
Will you stand with the devil, and with him fall?
Or will you with Christ Jesus, take a firm stand?
Trusting and obeying, as is God’s command?

Only 2 roads lead to eternity, the broad road to Hell with the devil, and the
narrow road to Heaven with Jesus. Which road are you on?

Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (KJV)

I know what I will say in this “Message”, will not set well with some. But, many things that Jesus said to the people when He was on Earth, did not set well with them either, but it was the Truth. They did NOT want to hear about sin, and people today are the same way! I greatly fear for the people who are led astray by notions of today that are sinful, meaning Halloween.
Matthew 5:10-12 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Halloween is a pagan holy day that should be very seriously considered by all those who profess to be Christians. Many think Halloween is a harmless holiday that ushers in the fall and provides children with a great reason for collecting candy. Halloween is a serious event in the lives of those who practice witchcraft. Halloween is known as "The Festival of the Dead" among the supporters of witchcraft. This festival marked the change from life to death, a changing of the guard from the warmth of the sun in the spring and summer to the cold of the moon in the fall and winter.
Hallomas or Halloween, this most unholy night, became a time to gain knowledge through divination, which is forbidden by God (Lev.19:31; 20:6, 27; Deut.18:10). People lie on a grave seeking a message from beyond, men use Ouija boards, crystal balls, etc. seeking divine information. In witchcraft, Halloween is the time for communing with the dead and that is witchcraft! Halloween (Helloween) has become the great day of abomination to the Lord.
More and more adults are going hog-wild for the devil’s holiday of Halloween. TRUE
Christians should know that Halloween is NOT the innocent holiday that many, even Christians, think it to be. We, as Christians, must properly discern the spirit of Halloween and respond in a way that would honor our awesome God . . . the one and only TRUE God of the Bible.
1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. . . . . . . 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. November 2020 Monthly Message

ALWAYS THANK HIM

If you’re a Christian, you must thank God,
Red, yellow, black, or white; where e’er you trod.
Be grateful to God, He gave His own Son,
Once you believe this, life’s just begun.

Speak of His righteousness, all day long,
Thank and praise Him, in prayer and song.
What a wonderful God, there above,
He’s mercy, compassion, and such love.

His promise is, He’ll always be there,
He’s loving and caring, and so fair.
Great promises in His Word He’s made,
We should not be sorrowful, nor afraid.

Thank Him for fam’ly, friends, and your home,
Always be grateful, where e’er you roam.
The food you eat, the clothes that you wear,
Come just from God, He truly does care.

Be thankful for the peace in your heart,
That internal peace, that won’t depart.
And joy that comes from knowing our fate,
One day we’ll meet Him at Heav’n’s front gate!

What a wondrous God we have above,
It’s only right, we show’r Him with love.
For that’s what He’s done, for me and you,
Always thank Him, and always be true.

Give to God the sacrifice of praise,
Thank and praise Him the rest of our days.
No matter who you are or where you’re from,
Always thank Him, ‘til He calls you Home!

Is Jesus your greatest Treasure? Have you ever told Him that? He already knows how you feel, but He likes for you to tell Him!

Do you thank Him for what He did on the cross for you?

Do you honor and praise Him enough? I don't!

Do you thank Him for the privileges you have as His child?

Do you thank Him because you know that He is well able to take care of you, no matter what?

Do you thank him because you know that He watches over you?

Do you thank Him for His Presence in your life?

Do you thank Him for direct access to the Father’s Throne?

Do you thank God the Father and God the Son for the Spirit who abides within you?

Do you thank God for His love, forgiveness of your sin and your reserved inheritance above?

Have you thanked Jesus for making Himself the Bridge to Heaven for us?

Have you thanked Him for the strength you need every time you are weak and fearful.

Have you thanked Him for all the times you ran to Him to be shielded from Satan’s darts?

Have you thanked God for the privilege of being permitted to call Him Father?

Let us always stay close and true to Christ Jesus in our daily walk, and never forget to thank Him for all He does for us!

Far too many people want THEIR will, THEIR way. They have their rights, they say. But things will always go wrong when they insist on their will, their way! Let us trust God in all things, because He loves us and wants only the best for us.

Let us pray for His will, His way, and gratefully thank Him for it!

It is a blessing to know Jesus is always there, and that He will NEVER leave nor forsake us, because He loves us and cares about us! THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We all need to thank our awesome Triune God for everything He does for us, every day. Do any of us really love Him as we should? Do any of us really thank and honor Him as we should?

December 2020 Monthly Message

BECAUSE OF JESUS

Six grand things, no seven, I can name,
Because Christ Jesus, I trust and claim.
Such marvelous blessings, come my way,
From God’s storehouse, ev’ry single day.

God’s love, is the best blessing of all,
There to pick me up, each time I fall.
Hid loving-kindness, is amazing,
Nothing on Earth, can top this blessing!

Christ’s Presence is with me, e’er so near,
Removing my worries, and my fears.
What a grand blessing this is, indeed,
When to His loving will, I do heed.

The Father’s patience with me, ne’er ends,
Because His Holy Son, is my Friend.
The unwise world, simply cannot know,
This superb blessing, that God bestows!

God’s faithfulness, is there all the time,
Day or night, and I can claim as mine.
God will always, be faithful to you,
If only righteousness, you pursue.

The pardon when I sin, is complete,
All my vile, ugly sins, He deletes!
Cast in the sea, of forgetfulness,
The Almighty God, surely does bless!

All our needs are supplied, so wisely,
For He watches o’er us, tenderly!
Body and soul, He blesses each day,
When we love and trust Him, and obey!

That great hope, of life eternally,

That blessing is assigned, O so free!
This hope is a feeling, deep inside,
That knows one day, with Christ we’ll abide!

I remember the first time someone called Christmas a pagan holiday. I was deeply angered, that anyone could think such a terrible thing! Wasn’t our Lord Jesus born on Christmas day? How could they think Christmas was started by the pagans? Well, since that time years ago, I have changed my mind completely, and I now agree whole heartedly with this couple that called Christmas a pagan holiday, and because as these people deeply angered me back then, I know for a fact that I too will anger many by my beliefs.
First, I believe that the virgin birth of our Lord Jesus is vital to the Gospel of Christ. I fully believe in it and I would never diminish its importance in any way. It is a sound Biblical doctrine as is His death, resurrection and ascension; but NO where in God’s Word does it say anything about Christmas; NO where does it say we are to celebrate the birth of Christ. There are only two birthday celebrations mentioned in the Bible and BOTH are connected with murder (Gen.40:20-22; Mat.14:1-12). IF Jesus had wanted us to celebrate His birth, He most certainly would have told us; but, He did NOT say to do so. We are told to "remember" His death, and each time we receive communion (1 Cor.11:24-25), we can celebrate His sacrificial death for us; but NOWHERE does Jesus tell us to celebrate His Birth.
The Bible is God’s Word to us. Its pages holds all we need to know about how we should live in this brief life on Earth. It tells us what we should and should not do. If we read anything else into it, such as celebrating Christmas, we are adding to it. No person has the right to change God’s Word (Deut. 4:2; 12:32; Pro.30:5-6; Rev. 22:18-19).
Was Jesus really born on December 25? The month of December is the middle of the rainy season where Jesus was born, and to my knowledge, the sheep were kept in the folds at that time of the year, normally from October until April each year. So, IF this is true, Jesus could NOT have been born in December because the shepherds would NOT have been in the fields at night in December (Luke 2:7-15).
Luke 2:1-3 And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. [2] (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) [3] And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. (KJV) This is yet another reason Jesus could not have been born in December. The ruler of Rome would not have set a date to be taxed in the middle of winter, for travel would have been very difficult and some could not have made it. He’d have set a date when weather permitted so everyone could be taxed. Jesus told of hardships of travel in winter (Mat.24:19-20). Consider: The Bible tells us the dates of Jesus’ Death (Lk.22:15; Jn.13:1), and Resurrection (3 days later), but NO where is anything said about His birthday! Jesus probably died on the Passover either 29 or 30 AD.
WHY do millions of non-Christians around the world celebrate Christmas? IF Christmas is a Christian holiday, WHY do these people who hate Christ and what He stands for celebrate His supposed birth? They know nothing of the Bible or Jesus, yet they celebrate Christmas. IF December 25th were the birthday of God’s only begotten Son, Jesus the Christ, do you honestly think the world would have anything to do with it? NO! Absolutely Not!
