CONSIDER
Consider how many folks there are,
The world over, who from God are far.
Proud they are, craving earthly things,
Succumb to temptations Satan brings.
Most people want what Satan can give,
They follow after him, as they live.
Seeking wealth and pleasure with ev’ry breath,
And power and fame; ne’er thinking of death.
Satan makes ev’ry thing look so great,
He has power we can’t estimate.
A dark evil creature of the night,
He shows himself as an angel of light.
People just flock to his constant pull,
He gives what they want; he is no fool.
Makes all his wrongs and evils look right,
Most folks accept this without a fight.
I ask you consider one thing more,
What does eternity hold in store?
Your soul lives forever in some place,
Do you want some day to see God’s Face?
Can the ‘prince of devils’ save your soul?
NO WAY! only Christ has that control!
Satan will be cast, by Christ, to Hell,
There for eternity he will dwell.
If you want to follow Satan; with him you’ll go,
God’s Word is clear; God wants you to know.
The option is Christ; He can save you,
And live for e’er in Heav’n, that He does endue.

Words of Wisdom
Problems are just opportunities to find God’s will for you.
Adversity always gives us the best education.
Salvation is what we RECEIVE, not what we achieve!
If you are too busy to pray, you are too busy!
Give your life to God; He can do much more with it than you can.
What kind of New Year’s Resolution should a Christian make?
As the New Year looms before us, we consider the past and the future. Many make New Year’s resolutions that most often do not get fulfilled. It is my humble opinion that IF we want to make some resolutions, these should be resolutions that will honor God, further His Kingdom, and help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Consider the following:
*****#1.Resolve to stay faithful to Jesus Christ. He is the only Way, Truth and Life (John 14:6; Acts 4:12). There is NO reason to look anywhere else for salvation.
*****#2. Resolve not let anything become an object of worship to you (Mat.4:10).
*****#3. Resolve to NOT take the Name of God in vain (Ex.20:7).
*****#4. Resolve to trust God to provide for your needs each day (Phip.4:19).
*****#5. Resolve to honor your parents and the elderly (Ex.20:12; Mat.15:4-6; 19:19).
*****#6. Resolve to be watch your temper and be angry less (Eph.4:26-27; Jam.1:20).
*****#7. Resolve to love honor your commitment to your spouse (Gal.5:22-23; Eph.4:23).
*****#8. Resolve to speak about others with truth and love, not gossip (Pro.11:13; 17:9).
*****#9. Resolve to be content with what you have (Phil.4:11; 1 Tim.6:8).
*****#10. Resolve to pray more.Far too often we struggle on our own, leaving prayer as the last resort. It should be the first thing that we think of. Trying try to fix things myself without bothering God will not work. Things usually get worse without His help. Phil. 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (KJV) . . . We all can use a little more peace!
Mat. 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (KJV) . . . We should want to get our priorities in tune with God’s will, so that my every effort is in line with what He wants for me.
*****#11. Resolve to Read the Bible daily. There is NO other book as important as the Bible. The importance of studying this Word cannot be overstated. (2 Tim. 3:16) IF we really want to know God, and please Him, we must study His Word.
*****#12. Resolve to trust and obey Jesus, and increase your faith (Luke 17:5)
For those of us who know Jesus as our Saviour, I would encourage each of us to take a good look at our Christian walk to see if we are ‘walking worthy’ of our Lord (Eph. 4:1; Col. 1:10; 1 Thes.2:12). Are we walking on that narrow road with Jesus? Is He pleased with our progress? Let us judge ourselves, so He doesn’t have to (1 Cor.11:31).

I Know These Things
I know He loves me, and truly does care,
And is with me always, everywhere.
No mortal could e’er be such a friend.
He’ll be with me to my journey’s end.
I know He will never leave or forsake,
And He’ll stand by me, in my mistakes.
It’s such a comfort to know He’s near,
As He whispers to me “You need not fear.”
I know He loves me, for He cannot lie,
On His strength and wisdom, I can rely.
He forgives me when my sin I confess,
With His faithfulness, He does bless.
His grace is sufficient, for me always,
No matter the trouble of my days.
Pain or sickness, or deepest sorrow,
His love makes me see, a brighter tomorrow.
As I consider His great love for me,
He’ll be with me, thru’ eternity.
He prepares for me, a wondrous place,
And one day soon, I will see His Face.
As He sits on the Father’s right Hand,
He has power to control all the land.
Just He holds the key to Heav’n’s shore,
Where blissful delight will be in store.
As I wait for my mansion above,
I can envision His wondrous love.
I know all that He tells me is no lie,
And I know on Him I can fully rely.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (KJV) God showed how much He loved us by sending His only begotten Son to die for us, even while we were still sinners. NO person has this kind of love.
Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (KJV) Our lives should be free from the love of money. We should be satisfied with what God has given us. For God has promised: “I will never leave you; I will never abandon you.” What a comfort this is!
Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; (KJV) My hope and joy in this life is knowing I have eternal life! God says so! I believe Him!
2 Cor. 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (KJV) I don’t care what your calamity is, the Lord can see you through it. BUT, you must trust Him to do it.
John 14:2-3 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. [3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (KJV) In all my years of teaching the Bible, I have found that this Passage is the most memorized and most loved. I especially like this one too! 1 Peter 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, (KJV) Our “mansion” is “reserved” for us. It has our name on it.
1 Peter 3:22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him. (KJV) After Jesus’ death and resurrection, He ascended into Heaven and now sits at the right Hand of God the Father who has turned all power over to Him (Mat.28:18). It is from there that He intercedes for all “born again” believers (John 1:12-13; 3:3; 1 John 2:1).
It amazes me that people refuse to turn to Jesus for salvation of their soul. He does SO much for those who trust and obey Him. SO many blessings belong to us!
Words of Wisdom
Faith is seeing what our eyes cannot see.
Faith is the only ‘ticket’ to Heaven.
Living for Jesus is the best way to live.
Thank You Jesus, for your awesome LOVE!

A CRITICAL JUNCTION
There’s an important junction, most pass by,
A junction the Bible, does specify.
The majority stay on, the broad road,
And shall end up, in the devil’s abode.
At this junction, there is a small, lone path,
And all those who take it, escape God’s wrath.
Just a “few” walk it, God’s Word tells us clear,
But they walk with Jesus, always so near.
Those who walk the broad road, keep on in sin,
They listen to Satan, they cannot win.
They walk with the devil, and not our Lord,
There’s no desire to know, what’s in God’s Word.
Fools these are, who think not of eternity,
They must never consider, Hell’s agony.
Only the wise, believe God’s Word so true,
I wonder, does this small group, include you?
Each person at this junction, will one day stand,
The decision you make, lies in your hand.
There are just two roads, to eternity,
One to Heav’n’s bliss, one to Hell’s misery.
Are you at this critical junction, this day?
Will you go with Christ, or be Satan’s prey?
This most important choice, lies in your hand,
The wide road to Hell, the small one to Heav’n Land!

Mat.7:13-14; 25:41; Lk.13:24; Jn.10:9; 14:6; Acts 4:12; 14:16; Rom.3:16; 2 pet.2:15; Jude 11; Rom.6:4; 8:1,4; Eph.4:1; 5:2,15; Col.1:10; 2:6; 2 Cor.5:7; 1 Jn.2:6; 2 Jn.1:6;
Ps.9;17; isa.5:14; 14:9,15; 28:15,18; 57:9; Mat.5:26; 23:33; 25:41,46; Lk.12:59; Rom.2:3; 1 Thes.5:3; 2 Thes.1:8-9; Heb.2:3; 10:27; 12:25,29; 2 Pet.2:3; 3:7,10-12; Rev.20:10,14-15; 21:8.
There are millions who reach this critical junction, and pass on by. They decide to keep on keeping on in their sin and stay on that broad road to destruction. IF a person wants to go to Heaven, they MUST exit the broad road of Satan and take the small, lone path where Jesus walks! JESUS is the ONLY One who has the Key to Heaven.
This is one of those times that I will let God speak to you.
John 3:15-18 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (KJV)
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (KJV)
John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (KJV)
John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. (KJV)
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (KJV)
John 17:2-3 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. 3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.(KJV)
1 John 5:10-13 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. 11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (KJV)
Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (KJV)
Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: (KJV)
Matthew 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. (KJV)
IF you insist on staying on that broad road with the devil, you will go where he goes . . . HELL! Rev. 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. (KJV) Rev. 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (KJV) . . . Is YOUR name there? It can be!

THINGS JESUS DID NOT DO
Many ponder on things Jesus did do,
Wonderful! For He was love, thru’ and thru.
But many and great are the countless things,
Things He did not do, that to us blessings bring.
As He hung on the cross, many things He could have done,
For He had vast pow’r, He was God’s own Son!
But Jesus did not, His own will demand,
Instead committed His all, to His father’s Hand!
He did not defend Himself, when He was accused,
But kept His silence, as He was abused.
When He was reviled, He reviled not again,
It was as tho’ His heart smiled, thru’ all the pain.
He could have called down, angels to rescue,
But He thought only, of me and of you.
He bought our pardon, on Calvary’s cross,
As His life’s Blood flow’d, He did not count it loss.
He did not save Himself, but gave His life so free,
As a sweet smelling Sacrifice, for you and me.
He did not come down, but on the cross did stay,
He paid our penalty, God accepted His way.
Jesus gave His life, out of love so great,
He did not stop loving, never did hesitate.
He so loved all sinners, in this world so wide,
The Lamb of God went to the cross, and there He died.
Jesus could have done things much differently,
Angels could have removed, His agony.
Have you accepted what Jesus did for you?
Only by believing, can you have life anew.

Words of Wisdom
Knowing the LIVING WORD, is the key to understanding the written Word.
Bad things could happen, but the best remains.
He is no fool who gives up what he cannot keep, to gain what he cannot lose.
God always gives His best to those who leave the choice up to Him.
All those things that Jesus did not do, were because of His awesome and remarkable love for us. Again I say, I simply cannot comprehend Jesus’ amazing love for sinners like me. He did not save Himself, but gave His life so free, As a sweet smelling Sacrifice, for you and me.
He did not come down, but on the cross did stay, He paid our penalty, and God accepted His way.
None of us could have ever paid sin’s penalty. Our dear Jesus knew this! The love in His Heart flooded out His fear. YES! I think Jesus had fear of what happened before and at the cross. He was a Man! He had fears just like we do. Have you thanked Him yet today for all that Jesus did for us, and those things He did not do, by remaining on that cross?
Our awesome Triune God CANNOT:
• ** LIE. Titus 1:2
• ** SIN. Isa.53:9; John 8:46; 2 Cor. 5:21; Heb.1:9; Heb.4:15; 7:26; 1 Pet.1:19; 2:22; 1 John 3:5
• ** DIE. Deut. 32:40; Ps.102:27; 135:13; 145:13
• ** TOLERATE EVIL. Mat. 25:46
• ** REJECT A BELIEVER. John 1:12-13; 10:29
• ** TAKE SECOND PLACE IN OUR LIFE. Ex.20:5; 34:14; Deut. 4:24; 5:9; 6:15; Josh.24:19
• ** ACCEPT YOUR WAY TO HEAVEN. John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 John 5:10-12
• ** REMEMBER FORGIVEN SINS. Jer. 31:34; Heb.8:12; Heb.10:17
• ** TURN HIS BACK ON HIS SON’S PRECIOUS BLOOD. Rom.5:9; Col. 1:20; Heb.9:14; 10:29 1 Pet.1:18-19; 1 Cor. 6:11; Rev. 1:5-6
• ** CHANGE THE PAST. Since God is all-knowing and all-wise, He does NOT make mistakes, so He NEVER needs to make changes. Job 26:6-14; Ps. 147:5; Heb.4:13; Isa.42:9; 46:9-10; Deut.32:4; 2 Sam.22:31; Ps.18:30; Mat.5:48; Rom.12:2; Jam.1:17; Ecc.3:14
• ** Fail. Ps.77:8; 89:33. God cannot fail.
ALL the things that God cannot do, bless us every day of our lives!
Think on this: God’s sovereignty and power are NOT related in matters such as love, grace, mercy, kindness, justice and truth. God’s sovereignty is exercised ONLY in perfect harmony with ALL of His other attributes. There is much that God CANNOT do, because of Who He is, and how much He loves us.

MY GREATEST BLESSING
My Greatest Blessing is Christ Jesus, God’s Son,
And I thank Him daily, for all He has done.
He helps me this day, and will for eternity,
And He’s ne’er too busy, to hear my ev’ry plea!
My Greatest Blessing, comfort He brings my way,
An everlasting consolation, I feel each day.
My heart has hope thru’ His grace, each single hour,
For one day He’ll resurrect me, with His power!
My Greatest Blessing, is my Greatest Treasure,
My heart feels it shall burst, with awesome pleasure.
He has gone on ahead, my home to prepare,
Where I will forever, His grand love to share.
Most people want no part, of Jesus the Lord,
And they want no part, of God’s Holy Word.
But that is the ONLY place, to find the Truth,
Be you elderly, middle age, or in your youth.
People keep on in sin, ne’er thinking they shall pay,
They do not think, of what shall be, on Judgment day.
You don’t want to stand, before the Great White Throne,
For agony awaits you, and you all alone!
May I suggest, accept the Blessing so great,
Jesus can keep you, from Hell’s tormenting fate.
Only Jesus, has the key to Heav’n above,
Acceptance of Him, shall flood your soul with love!
The Greatest Blessing e’er, you too can proclaim,
If you trust and believe, in Jesus’ Holy Name.
You can escape, the horrid torments of Hell,
Jesus can reserve in Heav’n, a place for you to dwell.
Gratitude for Christ Jesus, is what I feel,
For I know in my heart, my soul He has sealed.
Jesus can be a Blessed Treasure, for you,
If only you believe, God’s Holy Word so true!

Ignored Totally
Most people ignore God, totally,
As they walk the road, of the enemy!
These say they are “Christian,” but they lie,
No hypocrite can e’er, qualify.
To ignore God, is to disobey,
You can’t disregard Him, day after day.
You can’t pursue pleasure; me, me, me,
Ignoring God, is iniquity.
To neglect God, will bring on His wrath,
For you walk with Satan, on his path.
If you ignore totally, Christ the Lord,
Heav’n’s beauty will ne’er, be your reward!
Jesus said just a “few,” there will be,
That enter, Heav’n’s bliss and beauty.
The masses who scorn God, and Him ignore,
Will ne’er see the splendor, of Heav’n’s shore.
So many folks today, disregard,
Christ on the cross, and His Hand, nail scarr’d.
He died for us all, we must not ignore,
And just Jesus, can get us, thru’ Heav’n’s door.
Most people ignore God, totally,
As they walk onward, to eternity!
God’s very Presence, they simply reject,
Beware, just Jesus from Hell, can protect.
To ignore God, is stupidity,
For all walk, toward eternity.
Just Christ Jesus, can get you to Heav’n,
To all those who ignore Him, Hell is giv’n.

If you ignore, disregard or pay no attention to God, you are in big trouble with Him! Have you ever considered how God is deeply saddened when we ignore and/or disrespect Him? God truly loves His children, and it breaks His Heart when we pay no attention to Him? Consider how He must feel when the guidelines for our lives contained in His Book are ignored by us. We must be extra careful not to ignore God, because He might ignore us when we go to Him in prayer. We certainly do not want that!
Psalm 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me: (KJV)
Isaiah 1:15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood. (KJV)
Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. (KJV)
Wouldn’t it be so much better for us to say: Psalm 63:8 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me. (KJV) He is a fool who ignores God.
Think about how God the Father feels when people ignore His love by rejecting His Son.
John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (KJV) . . . Rejecting Christ Jesus brings on God’s wrath!
Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; (KJV)
Matthew 6:19-21 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.(KJV)
Words of Wisdom
Ephesians 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things ometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. (KJV)

ASHAMED OF THE LORD JESUS
Why are people, ashamed of the Lord?
Going this route, they cannot afford!
Their mind’s eye, is as blind as can be,
They never consider, eternity!
If the Lord Jesus, you do deny,
The gate of Hell, to you shall apply!
To turn your back, on the King of kings,
Is absolutely, a horrid thing!
God the Father, made only ONE Plan,
Long, long ago, to save sinful man!
That Plan, is God’s only begotten Son,
To believe this, salvation’s begun!
You cannot call Holy God, a “Liar”,
That will lead you, to the lake of fire!
Not believing God, is a deadly sin,
Enemies of God, Heaven will NOT win!
Why do so many, have so much fear,
To speak of Jesus, and hold Him near?
To be ashamed of Him, is SO wrong,
It simply puts you, in Satan’s throng!
Ashamed of Christ?? You’re on the broad road,
And that leads only, to Hell’s abode!
At the Great White Throne, the Judge shall say,
To the Lake of Fire, you will go this day!
Jesus loves you, loves you SO much friend,
Wants eternity, with you to spend!
He lives in Heaven, do you there want to go?
Or will your home be, Hell’s horrid sorrow?
Do not be ashamed, of Jesus the Lord!
Proudly tell others, of Him and His Word!
Not believing God, leads to God’s wrath,
And that is, a most treacherous path!
What profit is it, the whole world to gain?
And the depths of Hell instead, you attain?
Everlasting destruction, you want not,
Accept Christ, and the heavenly home, for you He bought!

Mark 8:38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. (KJV)
Matthew 16:24-27 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. 26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? 27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. (KJV)
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (KJV)
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (KJV)
John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (KJV)

John 15:18-19 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. 19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.(KJV)
Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (KJV)

WRONG SMALL PATHS
Some paths may seem right to you, but they're wrong,
They will just lead you, to Satan's throng.
Christ must lead, or it's not a path of light,
That path leads to the broad road, dark as night.
So many small paths, lead the wrong way,
Folks choose pleasure, in their lives today.
It's a "ME" world, the Lord they forget,
They can't see it, but one day they'll regret.
What small path, are you walking today?
So, so many, will lead the wrong way.
Anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy,
Lust, cursing, lies and idolatry.
Folks start out thinking, "It's not so bad,"
But as the Lord watches, He is sad.
Christ wants for you, just the very best,
And most small paths, don't lead to Heav'n's rest.
Those paths you walk, may seem right to you,
But friend, the Lord has a diff'rent view.
So innocent, is what you may think,
But all wrong paths, to Hell are a link.
All wrong paths, lead you to the broad road,
And that broad road leads, to Hell's abode.
You must stop, all your known iniquity,
And you must stop thinking, of me, me, me.
Those wrong paths, may seem right to you,
As you start each morning, all anew.
We all must consider, eternity,
As we live, 'neath God's close scrutiny.
God wants His children, to choose right paths,
He does not want us, under His wrath.
Those small wrong paths, that you think are right,
Could lead to Satan's road, black as night.
We all must allow, the Lord to lead,
And to His guidance, we must pay heed.
We must always choose, paths that are right,
And walk with Christ, on His path of light.

Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Unbelievers: Psalm 78:22; Luke 8:12; 8:53; 12:46; John 3:18; 4:48; 5:38; 6:30; 6:64; 8:45; 9:18; 10:26; 11:46; John 12:47; 18:38; Acts 14:2; 28:24; Rom.15:31; 1 Cor.6:6; 7:12; 14:22; 2 Cor.4:4; 6:14; 2 Thes. 3:2; 1 Tim. 5:8; 2 Tim.3:8; Titus 1:15; 2:8; Jude 1:5; Rev.21:8 Heaven: Mat.6:20; 22:30; Luke 10:20; 16:9; John 14:2-3; 2 Cor.5:1; Col.1:5; Heb.8:2; 9:24; 11:10; 11:16; 1 Peter 1:4; Rev.7:9 14:2; 21:1; 22:14; Just Jesus: Jn.1:12-13; 3:15-16,36; 5:24; 14:6; Acts 4:12; John 17:3; Romans 6:23; Mat.25:41,46; Rev. 20:10-15; Rev. 21:8; 1 John 5:11-12; 1 Thes.1:9; Psalm 11:6; Mat. 7:23; 8:12; 13:50; 22:13; 2 Cor.11:4; Tit.1:2
Are You on the Right Road?
How does God determine if you are on the right road? It certainly is not where the majority are, in fact, it is quite the opposite! Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (KJV)
Dear one, you are on the right road if it leads you to the right eternal destination, and you are on the wrong road if it takes you to the wrong destination. You are traveling on ONE of those roads right now! Where are you going? Heaven? Hell?
Many are on the wrong road. Proverbs 21:2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts. (KJV) Jeremiah 10:23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. (KJV)
Isaiah 59:7-8 Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. 8 The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace. (KJV)
Do you think you are on the right road? Does your road agree with the Scriptures?
Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. (KJV) Jeremiah 6:16 Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. (KJV)
How can you know you are on the right road? John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (KJV) Eph. 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. (KJV)

What Will You Say?
What will you say, on that coming day?
It's a certainty, to come your way!
It's a fact, that one day you shall be,
In front of Judge Jesus, to state your plea.
The life you lived, will pass by your eyes,
Things you've forgotten, will re-arise.
Books on us all, Almighty God keeps,
Our awesome God, ne'er slumbers or sleeps.
Our Creator God, knows our ev'ry thought,
No way you can lie, you're already caught!
He knows our heart, for it He can see,
On Judgment Day, we shall speak truthfully.
What will you say, what will you try to hide?
Will you be afraid, or will fears subside?
You shall stand, before the Great Judge one day,
When Judgment Day comes, what will you say?
There shall be judgments, not just one, but two,
Each of us shall be judged, both me and you!
God's children shall be, at the Judgment Seat,
Satan's children face, the Great White Throne's heat.
Before which of these judgments, will you be?
As you walk onward, to your destiny?
The Judgment Seat means, that Heav'n awaits,
The Great White Throne means, a no-exit gate!
What will you say, to Christ Jesus today?
IF you want Heav'n, there is NO other way!
Almighty God, you MUST believe,
Trust and accept Christ, and Him receive!
You must be born again, to go to Heav'n,
Or a "mansion" to you, will NOT be giv'n.
All Satan's children, shall go to Hell,
And there in agony, for e'er shall dwell.

What is the purpose of the Judgment Seat of Christ?
2 Cor. 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. (KJV) Romans 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. (KJV)
The Judgment Seat of Christ is where the Almighty Judge, Jesus, the Christ, will judge all believers on Judgment Day. If you have accepted Christ as your Saviour and Lord (John 1:12-13; 3:15-18), you are God’s child and your destination has already been decided (Heaven). But, all believers will be judged at the Judgment Seat of Christ to decide IF they will receive rewards or loss of rewards for the way they lived after they were "born again." EVERY Christian will give account of him/herself to God.
Judgment Day is to decide rewards or discounts (losses). I believe there are various degrees of Heaven AND Hell (Lk.12:48). How we live today, will decide our eternal future. I believe that Jesus shall be the Judge at the Judgment Seat of Christ (for believers 1 Cor.3:11-15) and the Great White Throne (for unbelievers Rev.20:11-15).
1 Cor. 3:14-15 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (KJV)
If any man's work abides (stands up, hangs in there), meaning the work that he has built on the foundation that has already been laid (JESUS) . . . He shall receive a reward. Works that stand the test of trial, will be rewarded. There shall be stars in his crown . . . BUT If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss . . . if a person’s work does not stand up on Judgment Day, IF he has built with wood, hay and stubble, selfish things, worldly things . . . he shall suffer loss by it, by the afflicting Hand of the Judge. Pretty serious stuff! But he himself shall be saved, yet so as by fire. I believe that a true Christian will be saved from Hell, but they shall not receive rewards that they could have had!
A QUESTION: Have you ever really considered what you will say to Judge Jesus on Judgment Day? This Day will most certainly come! God does NOT lie (Tit.1:2). Even your most secret thoughts will be exposed when the books are opened (Dan.7:10; Ps.56:8; Rev.20:12). You will not be able to hide anything from the all-knowing all-seeing God!

Road Map
Psalm 73:24 Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. (KJV)
More like Jesus, I know I should be,
As I walk onward, to eternity.
So many obstacles, as I walk,
I must beware, of thoughts, deeds and talk.
We all have a “road map” as we go,
But few use it, causing great sorrow.
We will face many detours, on our way,
We all should use our “road map” ev’ry day.
The Bible will show us, only right paths,
Keeping us away, from God’s Holy wrath.
Temptation will come, as we walk on,
Ask yourself, “What would Jesus have done?”
Mors like Jesus, the Bible will show,
So, to the “road map,” we all must go.
The “road map,” will never wrongly lead,
If we would just consult it, and pay heed.
The Bible will guide us, in all right ways,
God will gladly lead us, all our days.
But we must truly trust Him, and obey,
For to reach Heaven, there’s NO other way!
Our road in life, may get rough and steep,
Count on the “road map,” to safely keep.
The Bible keeps us, on right roads each day,
And makes us more like Jesus, on our way.
When you take a trip, a “road map” you need,
On our trip to Heave’n, the Bible we must heed.
Trust Jesus to help you, each single day,
For the Bible says, He’s the ONLY Way!

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (KJV) (KJV) Right Paths: (Ps.16:11; Ps.23; Ps.25:10; 19:35; Pro.2:9,20; 4:11,18; 12:28; Isa.30:21; Jer.7:23; 42:3; Mat.7:13-14; Guidance: (Ps.32:8; 37:23; 48:14; 73:24; 139:10; Pro.36; Isa.42:16; 49:10; 58:11; Protection: (Job 1:10; 10:9,27-28; Isa. 1:18; Rom.10:17; 1 Thes.5:8; Heb.4:12; 1 Jn.5:4,18; Eph.6:10-17; Phil.3:20-21; 4:19; Believers: (Jn.:12-13; 3:15-18,36; 17:11-24; 1 Jn.3:1; 5:10-13; Victory in Jesus: (Ps.44:5; Mal.4:3; Lk.10:19; 8:35; 2 Cor.10:4; 1 Jn.5:4; Rev.15:2; Overcoming: (1 Jn.5:4-5; Rev.2:7,11,17,26; 3:5,12,21; 21:7; Jun.14:6; Acts.4:12; 1 Pet.1:4)
Psalm 73:24 Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. (KJV) . . . This is one of my favorite verses in the Bible. I love all the Word of God, but this one touches my heart in a special way. To me, it states that IF we are wise, there are tremendous Promises to us! Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, in today’s evil world . . . AND afterward receive me to glory . . . WHERE is glory? It is Heaven . . . where the Lord is! IF we want to go to Heaven, it would be wise to follow the road map of God!
Thou shalt guide me . . . just as the Lord has been faithful to keep me safe in all my trials, temptations and troubles . . . I know that He shall continue to lead me onto right paths, and keep me from backsliding or straying from Him.
With thy counsel . . . by His gracious providence, fulfilling His purpose of mercy and compassion to me, and watching over me day after day, year after year! He does this partly by His Word, which opens my eyes and heart to understand (Ps.119:11,18; Ps.119:103,105) and also by the Holy Spirit, sanctifying and directing me in the whole course of my life (Jn.14:26; 16:13; Rom.5:5; 8:9; 1 Jn.2:20,27).
Receive me to glory . . . receive me to everlasting glory in Heaven . . . this being what God does for His people if they follow His road map! He loves us, and wants only the best for His children.
Just as we need a road map if we take a trip to a place that is not familiar to us, we need the Bible and the Holy Spirit to guide us as we live this life on Earth. To disregard God’s counsel is stupidity!
Words of Wisdom
Our doubts should be silenced because of faith in His divine guidance and future glory that await us. 1 Peter 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Do you thank Jesus for the things He has done for you? I think that we all fall short on this. At this particular time of year we think of ‘being thankful’. Can you honestly say you are comfortable with being thankful to God and His Son just at Thanksgiving? I cannot! He has done so much for me that I do try to thank and praise Him each and every day I live. We need to praise Him for who He is . . . our sovereign God!
There are so many images of Christ Jesus! So many see Him as a Baby in a manger, and their image of Christ would be the so-called Christmas image. Some people see Him as a young child living in a carpenter shop, and on one occasion confusing the religious leaders of Jerusalem. Some people see Him as a gentle, loving teacher. Some people see Him as a compassionate and powerful Healer who could heal the sick and raise the dead. Some people see Him as a courageous, bold, and fiery preacher who brought great crowds together and spoke the Word of God to them. Some see Him as a perfect model of manhood. All of those images of Christ would to one extent be true. And we all can learn from His life, as we look at the perfections of His Person: at His love, His goodness, His kindness, His compassion, His concern, His care, His tenderness, His forgiveness, His wisdom, His understanding and His never ending trust in God. As we look at all of those characteristics of Christ, they are images that can instruct us, and we can learn so much from them. But, in my humble opinion, the image of Christ that surpasses all of those and, in a sense, is the truest opinion of Christ and the one that is most necessary . . . and that is Christ and Him crucified. To me, the most accurate vision of Christ is as the Crucified One. The truest and purest perspective of the person and work of Christ is found in viewing Him as the suffering Jesus. That surpasses all the others. As we look to Jesus who is the Author and Finisher of our faith (Heb.12:2), we have to see Him in His suffering! The most important point for every TRUE Christian must be on the suffering Christ. The Crucified Christ is our vision.
Nowhere can we see Christ Jesus’ love so clearly as we do on the cross. Nowhere do we see His deity so clearly as on the cross. Nowhere do we see His humanity so clearly as we do on the cross. Nowhere do we see His work being accomplished as clearly as we do on the cross. It is only THERE in His suffering, He is most completely revealed.
Jesus came to “seek and save that which was lost” (Lu.19:10); this includes the whole world (Jn.4:42; 1 Jn.4:14), because we all are sinners (Ro.3:10, 23). If you have not trusted Jesus to save you from everlasting destruction in Hell (2 Thes.1:9), turn to Him today. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (KJV) Only Jesus can give you access to Heaven, where God the Father lives. If you are God’s child, thank Him! If not, become God’s child today by accepting God’s Son, Jesus.
HAVE YOU THANKED HIM FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR YOU?
If Not, WHY not?

HIS PRESENCE
This earthly life will always be bright,
When our hearts, by Jesus, are made right.
If we walk where He guides us, each day,
Burdens will be lifted, along the way.
If we were to walk, on a city street,
That’s O so busy, with so many feet,
He’s there, no matter how huge the crowd,
And His Voice is soft, tho’ theirs is loud.
If you walk on a lone mountain path,
Out away from man’s, unholy wrath.
All you hear is a bird’s cheery song,
His Presence is there, as you stroll along.
No matter where you go, or what you do,
His Presence will always be with you.
An awesome feeling, to know He’s there,
His amazing grace, shows He does care.
His Presence, so much peace provides,
For we know He’ll always lead and guide.
His Presence, is from God, a blessing true,
A great privilege we have, me and you.
If you don’t know Jesus, you miss so much,
You’ll never know His love, or tender touch.
The bliss of Heaven, you will never see,
For Christ Jesus, holds Heaven’s only key.
Do you want His Presence, e’er so near?
Do you want Him, to comfort and cheer?
Open the door, to your heart today,
And Jesus will help you with each new day.

At this time of the year, people celebrate the birth of Christ. NO where in the Bible does it tell us to do this! There are only 2 birthdays mentioned, and both are associated with murder (Gen.40:20; Mat.14:1-12). We are told by Jesus to remember Him after He was gone. Luke 22:19-20 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. 20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you. (KJV)
Our precious Saviour never once tells us to celebrate His birthday or even hints at such a thing. WHY? Because no one knows exactly when His Birth occurred.
All the displays set up show a tiny baby in a manger. Yes! Absolutely, Jesus’ first bed was a manger, and His virgin birth is absolutely the backbone of our Christian faith! But . . . we do NOT worship a tiny, helpless baby. We worship a grown Man, who is none other than Almighty GOD, our Saviour and Lord! Jesus IS God!
The Truth is that Jesus, the Son of man is God. John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. (KJV)
Christ Jesus did indeed come in the flesh. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (KJV)
And He was indeed born of a virgin as predicted. Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. (KJV) Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. (KJV)
He was a Baby once, YES! Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man. (KJV) But the Bible does NOT even give us a hint at what day Jesus was born as a man! I have a question: WHY do unbelievers all over the world celebrate “Christmas”? People all over the world CELEBRATE the Birth of Christ, WHY? People worship many different idols and yet they celebrate the supposed Birth of Christ! WHY? In my opinion, it is blasphemy! All Christmas means to so many people is just another holiday when they can go out and get drunk.
Dear one, that helpless little Baby grew up to be our Substitute on the cross of Calvary. He paid a debt that He did not owe, because we owed a debt we could never pay. He made eternal life in Heaven available for all who believe God and accept His Son, Jesus.
We as TRUE Christians should celebrate CHRIST JESUS every day of the year!
